We have lived in Hampshire now for 2 years and have yet to order pizza from our own Rosati’s. We got invited to a neighbors for pizza and it was amazing!! The ingredients and proportions of toppings were spot on, which then leads to the overall taste. I was left needing more and more! Keep up the great work all!! Will be our new go-to for local pizza without having to drive into Elgin.

Was told on "2" separate occasions they will accept delivery orders until 8pm. Called in my order at 734pm, after calling ahead. Was told the driver went home. This has happened on twice now. I'm a Chicago native that only gets in the area now maybe 4 times a year. Pickup is not an option as I'm a long haul truck driver. I believe this location needs better management, and far better staff.

This is my go-to pizza place whenever I have a taste for pizza! Everyone is always very friendly, and the pizzas are excellent! Sandwiches and fries are fantastic as well.

I have been ordering from this location for a long time. Almost three years. The pizza was enjoyable, hot on arrival and tasty before tonight. Tonight, while being late, and arriving cold, it was nowhere near what I know this place is capable of producing. It was nowhere close to the quality it had been sending out in the past. Tasteless, cold pizza is very disappointing. It's not rocket science. Tonight was the worst Rosati's could send out. They should be ashamed to do so.
I spent 29.00 for a beef and mozzarella sticks and delivery fee and tip . No mozzarella sauce no au jus which I asked for 2 on the side bag was all wet and fries were soaked. And bread wasn't toasted. Been a long time customer . Called to let them know and no manager ... couldn't get a replacement order and the girl offered was 15.00 credit. Never again. So no dinner tonight . What a waste of money and I have a broken leg right . The only thing they did get right was the sweet peppers on the side . Threw away in trash.Food was cold also . And I was nice and told them take there time I was in no hurry they had 5 deliveries ahead of me.Took one bite and threw it away. Several times they have messed up my order and I've never complained after years... But no more after tonight we'll see if the manager calls tommorow like they are supposed too. I will update tommorow. Ok folks update.... I talked to the floor manager super nice and apologized. Didn't get a credit I got my order replaced instead and it was made right and exactly what I ordered . Thank you. ? Been a long time customer and I got my dinner . Thank you again . The floor manager was wonderful and very friendly .

I recently tried Rosati's Veggie Pizza, and it was a delightful experience. The combination of fresh, colorful vegetables and a perfectly baked crust made this pizza a winner. The generous portion of toppings, including bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and more, provided a burst of flavors with each bite. This review was based on several orders in that past 3 months. We have never had an issue with take out or delivery, and we have ordered at Lunchtime each order.

I went here twice and the first time I had to wait 20 more mins for my food because “they didn’t use the online order services” the 2nd time I went there my pizza was completely wrong and I was told I would get a $5 credit although the receipt reflected what I ordered. My money and time was not appreciated by any of the staff present. I wouldn’t suggest you waste your money

Poor customer service. The staff would rather give you a “credit” than make your food correctly. They’d rather argue with you than satisfy if they mess up your order. Lack of compassion, and lack of accountability.

Ordered a Large Deep Dish Cheese pizza with Xtra cheese with Rosati's in Hampshire by phone while I was in Elgin dropping my Wife off at her work. Then while on my way home (in Genoa) I was going to stop in at the Hampshire Rosati's and pick up the pizza. When I got to Rosati's in Hampshire they charged me $27.00 for the pizza (which I paid for with my Debit card). When I got out to my car I checked inside the box because it felt kinda light. There was a Large Thin Crust with NO extra cheese pizza in the box. I went back in the store and told them I wanted my money back. I was told by the counter girl they would give me a $20.00 credit on my next purchase with them. So basically they just stole $7.00 from me as a reward to themselves for getting my order wrong. I've always lived by the rule, you can screw me over ONCE! Never going back to the Hampshire Rosati's again...EVER!
