I am one of those who leave a cash tip of 20% or more even if the service is bad.Diners be careful because if you don't see your receipt you could be leaving a double tip, since (contrary to the law - although I understand - since there are many people who don't leave a tip because they believe that by paying for the food they are already paying for the service) in This restaurant applies 18% to your receipt.-There is no free refil in the coffee and I love having three or four cups while I talk.-If you pay by card they charge you a 3% service fee-the notices for these charges are shown on the menu and at the entrance (that's what they told me but I didn't pay attention)

Service charges are out of control,they're using the COVID era loopholes to charge service charges to customers,beware when dining in,food is mediocre at best, more like a cantina with loud music and obnoxious drunks,than a family atmosphere!

Customer service was not all that great food was not soooo good either I ordered while on lunch break mind you they said 10 minutes I gave them more time as I didn't get there that early. Although I felt like the lady was talking about my order as soon as I get to eat my order the chicken was not fully cooked I spit it out completely. and threw out the rest of my order.

Food and drinks have always been excellent. I gave a 25% tip like I always do to compliment service. I have seen some cheap customers complain because they were charged a tip and they posted that they have felt offended but after complaining they gotten their TIp-charge back by the restaurant, that means the restaurant gave this cheap ass person their tip back, and this person still went on this site and tried to say shit about the tip he did not even paid, don't believe everything you see . but the way the Menu says gratuity, common sense that it will be charged, that is called a tip, servers of all restaurants deserve a tip, respect service and if customers don't want to give a tip. then you should cook and clean for yourselves
Beware these people are taking advantage of the service charge gratuity law to stick it to you! My son and I went to eat there and were charged $16.00 for a service charge ,their excuse was that it’s disclaimed on the menu, talk about getting ripped off,$121.00 check for mediocre food, and to top it off the place was more like a bar with a bunch of drunks,loud music and people screaming and singing out loud !! Never again ,stay away , this place is a real $hith01e!!!

For the price food wasn’t good. Way overly priced and they didn’t even gave us a receipt to check the bill. For the two dishes a virgin drink and a cocktail with tip paid $100. Had the camarones empanizados which came with garlic bread that they didn’t even gave us garlic bread until i asked for it. The camarones were burned around the wedges that’s to where you couldn’t even bite. My boyfriend had the mojara especial which again on the picture showed it came with fries and garlic bread that we never receipt. Overall wasn’t a good experience and would never be returning.
