Food is still ok! Not the best but where we live now we don't have much choice. A funny secret alert. Did you know that Casey's gas station pizza is off the charts? It is so good you need to try it. The service is the same it is at any pizza place. It was ok. Didn't get to see the inside because we had it delivered. I can tell you she was clean she didn't smell, her hair was pretty, was washed and styled. Her clothes were ok again she works at a pizza place. So to the real point will we go there again? Most likely yes like I said our choice are really few down here in southern Illinois.

I had a gift card for Domino's that I wanted to use on a Tuesday evening and got on the website to order and first could not change an option for time when trying to place an order then it said the store nearest me was closed. So I decided to just look at a menu online to see what I wanted so I could call and place my order But there is no way to check the menu without putting a start time in first which as stated previously I was unable to do. So I called the store to see if they were open. The store was open and a gentleman answered the phone and asked me if it was carry out or delivery. I live in the town next to where the business is and they usually deliver to our local dollar store. So when I asked for a delivery the young man yelled to the back of the store and asked if anyone was going to this town and I heard a gentleman in the background say no so the gentleman returns to the phone and says we are short delivery drivers we can't deliver tonight and I asked where was the closest place they could and they stated a car dealership between our two towns and I said that is fine The gentleman said again we are short a driver tonight and I said that's fine I can pick up from the car dealership and then he hung up on me. I would expect this from a business that was not established but Harrisburg having Domino's for decades now they should really have some of their kinks worked out especially when someone is just trying to find a price guide.. not sure if I'll ever use my gift card now because of the poor poor service and information unavailable.

My boys absolutely love your pizza, especially the crust. In our house there is never any debate on what pizza place, you guys win ? hands down every time!! I’m especially grateful, because I have an autoimmune disease, so I always have to have light sauce. They never forget and trust me small details like that can be easily forgotten, but they never do. The McGlacken family loves you Domino’s Pizza!! ??

My issue is poor management. The manager is very rude and not helpful at all. I don't trust a store with a manager who does not care about their customers. There are other pizza chains here.

Today I went in and was stressing I had the money for my food but the guy working had just heard my wife had committed adultery and I had my kids ... I come back and I think his name was Corey had paid for my order . I balled! Thanks so much man . kindness!!!
Website isn’t working, I called 3x and was never answered. Finally when I get ahold of them, my pizza was delivered unsliced. Absolutely unprofessional.

I don't know how hard it is for employees to be able to read orders and make the food the right way the very first and then to still screw up the replacement order from the original order. Maybe if customer started to stand up more or decided to file a civil lawsuit against the harrisburg il domino's then maybe they will start to make the food right and have people their that know how to read the right way
