This Pizza Hut location in Harrisburg was amazing!! I went thru the drive thru maybe 10 minutes before closing after coming into town late from working. I got a whole family meal and it was still hot and fresh and the workers were still nice and helpful even though you know they had to be ready to just go home! Good job!! ?

First time that Susan and I have visited a MOD Pizza. Great experience. Food was done quickly. Very tasty. Even the crust was good. We will go back. You should visit some time. Plenty of parking. Comfy seating.

I ordered two pizza's one hand tossed and one deep pan. I picked my ordered up and after I got home I seen they made two hand tossed pizza's. So I called and got sent to a call center, after about 20 minutes on hold the call center said they had to connect me to the store I got my order from.. another 20 minutes on hold, I asked for them to just reimburse me the $1 extra I was charged for the deep pan. They refused and offered to remake the pizza but by then its been an hour and i just wanted my dollar back at that point and they refused and hung up on me. I was completely flabbergasted why they wouldn't just give me my dollar back and instead of remaking another pizza.

It's just went down over the years the service is not that great I mean the kids try but the management sucks with I think the overall morale I think they could have more bonus or something like an incentive to actually want to try to be there give these kids something to work towards not just put them in the workforce and say hey this is what you're doing and how about it now we've trained you this is it I mean it feels like a one in good one-way job who wants that to look forward to oh I'm serving a bunch of rowdy kids and you know there's no delight in customer service anymore. I don't no it's just a thought ?
It Pizza Hut the food is the same as all the other. Service is also like the others. Mostly clean. It really depends on who is working and how busy they are. Sometimes they can clean and sometimes they can't do a lot.

We ordered the new melts and they were hard very overcooked nothing like that was advertised on TV and they were more expensive than advertised on TV will not be buying that particular product again I've always had good reviews with Pizza Hut however this time if I had to rate it one out of 10

Very good pizza wings and cheese bread. Too warm in dining room. Several flies also. Short staffed. Phone ringing without ceasing. Pretty pricey for level of customer care.
We enjoy stopping into Pizza Hut for a quick lunch. Always good food, great service, friendly staff.
