10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order and another 10 minutes waiting for the food. While waiting I see two person touching garbage container with hands and keep preparing food without changing gloves. They said is normal for them.

Beware of the Harvard McDonald's. Very poor service and they always over salt the fries making them inedible. I have been patronizing this McDonald's for over 4 years. 90% of the time the drive thru is extremely slow and the food is almost Always served COLD. This location is helpless. They need better management and training of their employees. Negative 5 stars. HORRIBLE!!!!!@Update January 30, 2023. I just went there and ordered a Big Mac with out Pickles. Obviously they had to make it fresh. I immediately opened it upon receiving it. The entire Big Mac was Cold. So Cold that the cheese on the patties didn't melt . Wow ?

It seems like 90% of the time when I order something is done catastrophically wrong. Ordered stuff just this night and not one of the orders I received was correct. Not to mention I didn't even receive one of the items I paid for!

As a resident of Harvard this is my mcdons. Through the years it's had its ups and downs. COVID hit and mcdons suffered in quality and hours. Since then they have made improvements. The last few times I have gone I have been pleased!

After taking 20 minutes to write review and McDonald's showing.me an ad I never agreed to, I decided they get one star. Horrible service if any at all, food was flattened, extra dry old burger patty, but I was so very hungry, just over all horrible experience for two people. Over 20$ Got a qtr lber, it came flatter, overdone, and it was smashed. The pickles we're stacked on top of each other. Humbled myself bc I was very hungry. Should have taken pic without the top bun. Also, they didn't have any ketchup in their dispensers, or offer salt and pepper. You have to ask. 12/11/23... Ordered one m double and small fries... Took 20 mins. This is by far the worst McDonald's in the chain

I have never gone to a McDonald's where the fries were bad. The fries were bad here. I don't even know how you do that. The bun for the double cheeseburger was chewy. How did you do that.When I say that the fries were bad, I mean, the fries were like chewing on wood chips. They were dry, and hurt my teeth. What are you doing over there? Please stop. Please start making the fries like you used to. Please start making everything like you used to.I bought the fries three times and they got worse each time. This last time, I just bought double cheeseburgers instead; no fries. The double cheeseburgers have buns that are unpleasantly chewy and doughy in a way that make them hard to eat. Why? Why??????????

Always waiting no matter what time of day you are there. Orders messed up. Horrible service and management. They would all rather stare at you like you're going to do a magic trick rather than actually help you. If I had another choice of McDonald's to go to, I would avoid this one at all costs, one of the worst locations I've been to.

I have been going to this McDonald's, off and on, since they built it. Since the last time I was there, they remodelled it, and mechanized the entire place. If you're a multi-billion-dollar company that loves automation and hates hiring people to make food and wait on customers, this location is for you!Come on, man!
