I actually like this McDonald’s but the night staff was horrible. Very rude, told me I had to come inside if I wanted to order after I let her know I’m on crutches. I even asked if I could order online and pick it up at the window she told me that’s not possible when in fact I know it is. They need training on customer service!

This McDonald Is Not 24hours They Sit Outside Smoking At 3am Everyday. You Pull To Window They Are Hiding A Playing. They Tell You They Don’t Open Into 5am But Have 24hours Signs On Almost Every Window This Place Need To Be Investigated.

I ordered a Filet-O-Fish meal and my sandwich was not put together correctly. The cheese was hanging off the sandwich just on one side of the fish and there was so much tartar sauce all over all in the box it made my sandwich very soggy so I cannot eat that, the apple pie was old and hard and then the fries had so much salt on it and I cannot eat that either. Because I was not from there, I was traveling there, I had to throw away my food and couldn't get a replacement. When I tried to contact someone I was giving the runaround and no one ever called me back. I was left feeling like no one cares there. The cashier that took my money had an attitude and I left that alone because I thought maybe she was having a bad day. I tried to go inside originally but the doors were locked so I had to go through the drive-thru and there were no signs to say the reason why I have to go through the drive-thru but I did anyway and I regretted it. For that reason I will not return. I cannot recommend this place.

The more heavier manager that was there had very poor management skills and taking care of what was a mistake. It's like I was the problem. It is 1020 on a Saturday and the morning so that would tell the people that worked there who the big manager was. I don't mean big as entitled either not trying to discriminate the size. There is no discrimination on being ignorant old or young. Very terrible service from the manager when it was a simple mistake from the The person that made the order. I feel sorry for the workers around that if the management is like debt. I feel sorry for your business because with service like that. You're gonna keep having BADDD reviews?

It's always 6:30am when I get off the bus here and they're never open. Only the drive thru and I just want a coffee and breakfadt and can't get it by walking up to the drive thru because I'm not in a car. They don't have a cashier til 7. WHY say you open at 6am then? WHY!!!! I work at Amazon and all I want is a coffee n BREAKFAST to get through my day
