This just sad that I can’t get the food I ordered because the store was closed but they excepted my payment on the app now I gotta wait 3-5 business days to get a refund and all yall can do is replace the coupon I used on my order just sad!!! This is far the most disrespectful Popeys restaurant i visit, I only go there because it's close to my job and food is ok, but the customer service is a nightmare, staff and management often argues and quarrels with customers over small things like condiments. Just badly run business, only go there if you have to.

Terrible, the only person working was the guy cooking. Like 3 people just standing around like they don't know what to do while there are like 8 people waiting for their orders to come up. The food was ready but apparently the incompetent staff does not have the ability to simply package it. I would be really frustrated as that cook working his butt off and the front is just a bunch of slackers and likely end up throwing out his food becuase they dont want to work. I won't be back to this location but I need a 2 peice meal bad
