So about this new footlong cookie. Why are they telling people it’s discontinued how and it’s new. They are the only one saying it’s discontinued with the sign in the window that says New. I took my business to the Chicago Heights location and got my discontinued cookie

I didn't quite know what I wanted when I went in and the female worker asked me what I wanted and I told her to hold on because I was still deciding. She waited a few minutes then asked again as I was talking to my daughter....I still wasn't ready so she walked away. Then the male worker came and asked the same thing and the female was looking at me as she was saying something to the male in another language. Once he started taking my order I had some questions about the wraps because I never had them before. He was no help and I felt that he was rushing me. I feel that they were both rude!
