I ordered pizza and been waiting for 40 min, after I received notification my delivery order completed.But I newer received.I try to called to store ask about the issue, first they said delivery been completed, second time I called, fight with store representative and received a notice , driver n the way to delivery your order.After another 30 minutes I called again and hear driver coming soon.Anothe 15 min , store is closedUnprofessional staff and driver.I ordered so many times and newer had so poor experience.

OVERCHARGED MY TIP AMOUNT and added an extra $10 to my tip. When I called she told me that my totally was different than what they told me on the phone when I ordered. They gave me no receipt when they dropped my food off and no refund. POOR SERVICE!!! You needed my extra $10 that bad huh!

I’m not sure what’s happening with this location, but it seems the either the employees or the management that changed. I used to order a bit more often and it was amazing. Now when you order, the pizza came not cut, barely any toppings that were selected, not cooked throughly and it comes in a pool of grease and tons of sauce which made the pizza saggy. Not sure if I’ll be ordering from here anymore. Doesn’t seem like they care how they make their pizzas as long as it made. Even thought I spent almost $40, I got something I don’t even want to eat. Horrible

Ordered over the phone using my Slice the Price card bought through Domino's charities. The card states to either call the store to place the order, or download the app to order online with a code. I elected to call the store, as that seemed like the easiest option. The person on the phone quoted me a price of 10.25. When I arrived at the store the cashier tried to charge me 22.00. And the manager Steven said the same thing. I presented the card with the clear directions on it, and explained what I was told over the phone. They refused to honor the domino's charity card, or the price I was told on the phone. When I caved in, and decided to just buy the product they wouldn't even give me their regular deal on carryout pizza until I asked for that. Steven tried to tell me 22 was the discounted price, until I was able to quote their actual deal. Just incompetence all around. Food was fine. Store was clean.

The so called teenager manager did nothing to resolve their food preparation mistake while try blaming the client. Very combative and refused also to refund money. Go far away from this Domino's. After a 12 hour plus day cook instead of a quick meal from here.
