“My friends and I went to Havana to stay the weekend for the Spoon River Drive. We got to McDonald's 5 minutes late for breakfast. I went for an oatmeal but ended up getting chicken McNuggets and fries instead. I personally think serving oatmeal and yogurt all day would be a plus ➕️ The young man at the register taking the orders was named Jason. He did a really good job and then was attentive in cleaning the soda area, which was sticky from the soda spilling on the counter and the floor. A+ for him, a C for his managers.“
“Food was delivered fresh and hot! Only complaint was the toppings, it's 2.00 for an additional topping which would have been fine, but please utilize it as an additional topping..it was 2.00 extra for 5 pieces of banana peppers on a medium pizza ?“
“They had a free sandwich sign up that wasn't available anymore but they not only tried to find the promo and offered a free sandwich and to call other stores along with higher up management we didn't take the free sandwich because the hospitality was so nice. It really feels like home. -havana“
“The employee serving us did a more than outstanding job,her name was Savana,at the Havana,IL. Restaurant she was very polite, fast ,and very cheerful made the experience great ,and she was the only one there, we had a big order,not small by no means, and she had it done very quickly, the food looked professional and was very great and delicious, I definitely recommend Subway in Havana, il.
