Very dirty place the order take 20 minutes and at the end you get the wrong order, I recomend to drive 10 more minutes to anothe BK location.

I received my order within SECONDS of ordering. Hashbrowns were great but the double croissant breakfast sandwich with bacon (#8 on menu) came without bacon and the patties were soo dry and Luke warm, not hot as expected. Im afraid It might have been unsafe to eat the sandwich.

Waited 20 minutes for my food (2 hamburgers and a large fry). Staff couldn't have cared less about getting me my food. They weren't even busy. The staff was more concerned about something that was happening across the street from the restaurant. I used to love this location but I won't be returning.

Have not eaten at this location in 5 years due to horrible service that day. After a church outing I needed to eat and this was the closest restaurant and decided to give them a try again. Chrystal showed OUTSTANDING service. I forgot my wallet i am only 5 mins away and she said with a smile she understood. I said i would be right back she said no problem. Chrystal and the girl at the drive window was very understanding the food was processed per my request (no pickles extra mayo) the order was hot and the shake was perfect. YES I will return to this location. Thank you for hiring Chrystal and the young lady and the drive thru window.

Terrible, terrible service, employee's act like they have to work for free. This is a Saturday at 1pm, no line at all, so they can't say there extra busy. They just have attitude for no reason. Then we're told to go around and park at the door, while we wait for our order. ???there's no....line! Horrible service. No stars, for food, service and atmosphere, simply poor.

Terrible service always. It’s always something newly bad about the experience. More than anything else though they hardly are ever open as late as they’re suppose to be; including tonight, (closed before 8pm on a Wednesday night when they’re supposed to be open til 10p). By far the worst fast food restaurant in all of the Chicago Southland.

So upset. Would give zero stars if possible. Was literally just here trying to order this deal. Was told through the drive thru that I couldn't get the deal unless I had a coupon. I told the employee that the deal was posted on the sign and she still insisted that I needed a coupon. So I left. To my knowledge, BK does not post deals that require coupons. Those come in the mail. Correct me if I am wrong?

Horrible experience ??. They said they were closing at 9:30pm but the LED sign in front says 8am - 11pm in huge letters. I order my food thru drive thru and I felt like "Leo Gets" from the movie ? Lethal weapon, I got screw thru the drive thru. I got back to my work place just to find my food half cooked. I had to throw it out. I could understand it's late and it's near the end of a shift but giving people food poisoning when they count on getting a decent meal is not good for buisness. Not for nothing but that shift manager needs to be fired. Luckily I decided to waste my hard earned money ? and throw it out. This could've went a different way. Never again at that location. Careless management needs to be corrected.
