This has to be the absolute worst Dunkin' I've ever visited. This particular location is around the corner form my home so it's convenient. The sad part is the the non managerial employees are the nicest. It's that older manger lady who happens to look like the Predator and acts like one too. Who seems to act as if the place belongs to her. She's rude to both the customers and employees. She's always belittling and demeaning them in front of co workers and customers. We have been patronizing this restaurant for years and every time we go unfortunately the service is bad and at times has been downright disrespectful and their hot chocolate taste like water, and they don’t seem to understand. They are very rude, confrontational and unprofessional at this restaurant. I think the light came on today for me….we will no longer give you our money…there are way too many choices and places that would love our service!!!
