They Only take Phone orders and they often stop answering the phone for orders at a certain time of day. Usually we'll before they close this happens often ... very unprofessional. Hard to support a business that treats their customers like that.

Called my order in for pick up at 5 o’clock pulled up at 5:45 and they told me there were people still ahead of me and I had to wait but my food was ready. The whole Pull up and wait till one server brings out each individual order to your car is insane.

The Harold's chicken in hazel crest food is the bomb. HOWEVER, the service is absolutely RIDICULOUS!! Huge lobby that they haven't opened since post Covid. The phone rings and rings. They close before closing. SMH. They have the customers but they will push us away due to their lack of commitment to us as we are to them. You have to call your order in no other option. Then pull up to the curb, right side. Personnel come to collect the money and then tell you to park your car. Then once order is ready they bring to your car. It's like a drive thru. It's a black owned business that's under utilized their reach for sustainable growth. Just think if they answer the phone and open their doors! The money that can be made. Five stars for food! Two stars for service.

I sat in the front of the Harold’s , pulled up to the door to let them know I am trying to call to place and order , the guy with the glasses said that I’ll just have to wait until they stop getting calls and to jus keep calling .This whole pull up and call thing isn’t gonna work if you pull up and they don’t even answer the phone . And when they do they place u on hold after calling over 20 times ! The food is great , phone service and wait time is terrible.

10/7-Is there a new cook? Food wasn't the same. Also, when I ask for WELL DONE fries & get white, barely cooked ones, it's like asking for a well done steak & they bring it to u cooked rare. Had to drop my rating from a 5 to a 3.This is THE BEST Harold's I've been to! My order is always correct & the food is always delicious. I would have given 5 stars but the ordering & pickup process needs to be fixed. Things would go much smoother if we could order & pay online, or pay with a card at pickup.

Hands down, this Harolds is a hit!!! Food always on point, the owner is very professional, customer service always good, and on top of that they carry small wings which is always a plus, the sauce is a hit. Try the fried okra.. bangger!!! You can't walk up, just call in the wait is not too long and they bring your food to you. Its my number one Harolds..
