I really don't eat at or from Wendy's but decided to take advantage of a promo yesterday which required me to add and use an app. That was a cumbersome process but I ended up going inside the restaurant on W 183rd Street and the person that assisted was so kind and helpful, the headache of the app was a moot point. I am sorry that I did not ask the name of the tall, young, African American male because so many negative comments are made about young men who fit his reputation...read full review
You have to come to this Wendy’s in the morning! I just had there breakfast baconNator and the way they made it here so fresh and so much bacon was the best one I ever had at any Wendy’s I been to ! And the staff was really friendly and I got my order quick !

Received less than poor unnecessary service. I reported the worker, who gave me a frosty that had more on the outside of the cup than inside. The spoon had frosty on it. I asked for a new one and she snatched it out of my hand. After talking to the manager, her response to the worker was "be nice". I don't go there often because of the bad service. I will find another location. Service was4/15/24Between 4:50-5:00pm
