“Tonight i threw the proverbial dart at the board and it landed on this place. I've never heard of nor tried. So ordered the chimichanga and nachos loco and once i tried them both oh my i was overly happy. I am picky when it comes to Mexican food. I am adding this place to the favorites list for sure. Now let's get to the food. I have never seen achimi as big as this one. The fry on it was perfect, the flavors inside where great, and this thing was stuffed full, all the good stuff to. The red sauce served on the side was a great compliment. Speaking of the red sauce it was the prefect balance of spicy and earthy. The nachos Loco are exactly what you'd expect them to be. All the good toppings and plenty of cheese and meat to go along with all those great homemade chips. All in all I'm gonna be back to try all the goodies on this menu. Especially 2 of my favorite foods. The birria and tamales.”

“We stopped in this week for a lunch bite, first time here. The place felt very clean, decorated nicely and the staff was attentive and friendly. My wife enjoyed the mushroom Swiss burger and I tried the shrimp po boy sandwich. The food was good, I personally like heat and the shrimp could have had more blackened seasoning on them, but overall very good experience at a reasonable price. We definitely will stop back!”

“This review is long over due! We have been here 3 times and I have to say Coal Creek is one of the better breweries we have visited. We live an hour away, but it has been worth the drive every time. Their beers are consistent and everything we have tried was fantastic, but they excel in German style beers. Staff has always been friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We liked Coal Creek so much we took friends, who are also beer enthusiasts, and had the pleasure of meeting Justin owner/brewer during Oktoberfest last fall. All of our experiences and interactions have been wonderful, looking forward to our next visit. Keep up the great work!”

“The food was amazing, especially the onion rings and the bacon cheeseburger. With three people ordering and an appetizer between the three of us it was less than $45. It was very cheap and great food for how cheap it was.”

“This place is amazing. Everyone was so nice to us. Great atmosphere, friendly people. Dave, one of the owners happened to live 3 miles from me in Tennessee a few years ago. Crazy the people we meet. Mary, our bartender was so attentive & on top of everything. Would highly recommend this place for some low key down time. And you can get a koozie, T-shirt or sweatshirt. Can’t wait to come back!”

“A little bit outdated but the food made up for the atmosphere. The salad bar is a bit below average but it's an option you don't have to get. I had fried chicken with a baked potato and it was very good. My husband had the ravs with me at sauce and he really liked it. We would go again.”

“First off, how cool is it that this cafe is adjoining a public library? What a great idea. Add to that that it’s open a few hrs before the library, a quiet chill space, and the espresso drinks are actually great, and this place is awesome. The chai was perfectly spicy and not too sweet. The woman at the counter couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Amazingly, they even make their own in house cookies—which are delicious. We had a warm chocolate chip one. One of our most surprisingly satisfying pit stops on a long road trip.”
