I ordered a sausage biscuits with grape jelly, a steak egg cheese biscuit, and a large sweet tea. After my order, the lady asked who was next, and I stepped to the side, waiting for my order. After about five minutes, an older woman called out a ticket number, looking at me oddly , then read off the order. I said that was mine (I was never given a receipt with my number), and she placed the bag in front of me and walked off. I raised my voice so she could hear me and asked for the rest of my order, which was my sweet tea. She raised her voice and said the cups are right there, and you don't have to get smart and have an attitude. I had never been to this establishment before and didn't know I was supposed to help myself. I asked for her name and wasn't told it by staff, so I'm sure she was a manager. The rudness of her was not needed. I only wanted what I purchased. After getting in my car driving down the road, I found that I was given a sausage egg cheese and not my steak. And to think she is probably the one that trains the staff.... I think my one-star raiting is being generous.

Every time I come to herrin McDonald’s the food is very sloppy, not well put together and cold. The service is trash. Every time I go through the drive threw, both cashiers are rude and have no common courtesy.

Ordered large fries and a 20 piece McNugget. Fries were overly salty and nuggets were old. Also ordered 2 mcflurries one was a shamrock Oreo and one was a regular Oreo, cups weren’t filled up and it wasn’t mixed all the way together also barley any Oreo in it at all. The order was ordered online for a table order and they did not bring it out to us we had to go to the counter to get it.

I really like this McDonald’s. They’re super nice. Riley is absolutely amazing. All the employees here seem happy so that means a lot to me as a consumer some happy employee for once. Riley deserves a raise.

Ordered a LARGE unsweet tea. It was right on the receipt so I went home with what they gave me. Got home and it was sweet. Went back to get the correct order and they hand me the smallest tea I've ever seen! I paid for a LARGE! I showed the person at the window and they did fix the issue. But how many times do you mess up an order before it's right?

Ordered food from here on DoorDash sand was served COLD, RAW BACON. I have never had such a disgusting and unsafe experience in my whole life. This is an extreme food safety issue. If I didn’t notice that and put that on my burger I would have gotten sick. Not sure if I will ever be back.

I’ve had terrible experiences at this MCDS! This is the second fry I’ve received not full! You almost pay 5$ for these so it should be full. Workers ignore you argue and mess up orders left and right! When they mess up they don’t ever make it right ! They blame the customer.

they make you move and park on the side while waiting on order because the timer is running. So whoever sees the timer thinks they're moving that fast. I had four cars parked beside me waiting on their order I don't understand that. The timer is there for them to move faster and quicker not to pull us over to make the owner think you are doing a great job and you may be doing a great job but I can wait at the window
