I don't normally like doing this and I have never had a problem with this subway before, but tonight was a horrible experience. Two new guys training, understandable. My sandwich looked sad, there was barely anything on it. When I told the manager she had an attitude the whole time with me, but I wasn't even mad. I just wanted a new sandwich. She was talking about me and making it seem like I was awful for wanting a new sandwich, like it was bothersome but the first sandwich was disgusting. Just disappointed because I love subway but this was not a good experience.

They made my sandwich wrong and in the past I paid with debit card and got charged for 3 sandwiches and only got 2 and never refunded my money so I suggest checking your receipt before you leave the cash register

3 employees were talking in the back and when all together they came up front the first employee confronted me about pushing a button so that they would know I, (and the 3 people that had came in behind me), there is a buzzer on the door when anyone comes or goes. Saying they don’t hear the door. No apologies, just telling me that I should press a button that I was unaware of because I was my first (and last) time there and I was reading the menu. Very disappointed and annoyed with their work ethic.

Sandwiches made sloppy af, sauce all over the bread. 5 meatballs and not double like I ordered, no bacon on my dangerwich sandwich smh just made an Italian bmt, you literally have one job to do and it's make sandwiches but can't even do that right smh. This place needs better management!
Very clean and friendly staff, we were greeted with smiles and professionalism. Downside was the restrooms were out of order, both men's and women's. So I couldn't give it a 5 star rating at this point. There are hand sanitizers available to clean your hands before you eat. The sandwiches were tasty and very filling. Once they open up the restrooms ? this Subway could easily be a 5 star location. We will definitely be back and willing to modify my review for a 5 staring the future.Vegetarian options: Plenty of meatless options the veggie patty is an excellent meat alternative.Parking: Easy parking especially for handicap ♿️

Rude, disrespectful, and has no leadership what so ever. Im not sure if Mary is having a bad day but it doesn’t get better from here. Mary is inappropriate and unprofessional instead of doing her job has a middle man. Lazy and probably should quit her job if she hates it so much. Good work subway ??♀️

Was in there on March 1st right before 5pm. There was one lovely worker who was quickly and cheerfully filling an order for a lady who ordered 7 sandwiches, while also filling an online order for three pizzas and four sandwiches. Not once did she show frustration, she maintained communication with the customers, and her memory of everything with so much going on at one time was very impressive. She apologized several times for the slight delay, but she was so kind. There were about four very positive customers standing with me who were impressed and reassuring. Give that lady a raise, she rocked it out until her two other employees arrived a little after 5pm. Great food, clean lobby. Great attitude from all 3 staff.
