I actually found 2 roaches in the same taco. Management acted s if it we're my fault and had to argue 15 min about it. The bathrooms are disgusting. The main person there said his name was Chad something was very rude and condescending. I really never eat taco bell and this just aww inspiring trip just reinforces that. My advice go anywhere other than this location.

Herrin taco bell is aHORRIBLE place to eat and work, dirty manager girls getting high and drunk on the clock, managers sleeping with crew members, not washing their hands, food not handled properly for food safety, very rude management and employees on night shift with no one correcting thier actions. The place is always dirty, for your health I recommend ANYWHERE else in town! If you want a good taco bell experience, go to the one on Deyoung st. In Marion!

0/10. Doesn't support online or mobile ordering, and the food is of equal or lesser quality than other franchises... begging the question, why pay menu price for slop when every other store allows mobile ordering ... I'll drive the extra 10-15 mins to a neighboring town and separately owned store.

Had been my favorite fast food place for many years...I don't know when sauce packets became more valuable than diamonds, 9 total sauce packets for 4 burritos, 4 tacos, and 4 fiesta potatoes is really pathetic. Also be careful ordering on the taco bell app, if something messes up you're not getting a refund. I was charged for an order that had an error when placing it and the store made it but nobody ever picked it up for delivery. I was told the only way to cancel it was through the app and I've messaged them twice and heard nothing yet a day later.
