The people that work there seemed nice enough. But it is literally the slowest fast food place that I have ever ordered from. The frosties have no flavor like they don't put enough flavoring in them you can't tell it's chocolate you can't tell it's orange dreamsicle. They're just very disorganized and really need to get their acts together

Everytime I go to Wendy's I ask for a Hamburger and I even say with no cheese, and I get a cheeseburger everytime. They also can't ever get the toppings correct, EVER.

Picked up breakfast this morning for me and my girlfriend who had been at work since 6 pm yesterday nothing crazy a 4 item order and yet was talked to with nothing but straight attitude from the general manager at the speaker and throughout my entire experience this morning asked simply for some syrup for my breakfast and was given sweet and sour sauce instead when I went inside to ask for syrup got handed my syrup with a big side of attitude from yet again the general manager would not recommend this place to anybody until new and more professional management takes effect not to mention a few weeks ago was refused a refund for over $50 worth of food they entirely got wrong and still havent received any kind of compensation to try and make it right just excuses

I’ve got to say it’s been over 6 years since I’ve first had Wendy’s. For a fast food restaurant tonight’s service was the absolute worst I feel robbed I payed 23.32 for a 6.99 double bacon cheeseburger and was smaller than hell, also queso fries and no queso only shredded cheese that was microwaved for like 4 seconds yuck!!! if I could post a picture right now I would but I will facebook and many people how terrible this places service is.!!!!!

If you're using the coupons make sure you get a receipt, or check your statement they have a tendency to double charge you. To the workers that act like scumbags; Why you don't get the extra money by screwing over the customer, it doesn't make sense.

The drink area was messy and several of the tables needed wiping off as well as the floor needed to be swept. It wasn’t that busy for 12:00 noon on a Sat.

The lady taking our order through the drive thru rushed us we didn’t even get to finish ordering. Then the food we ordered was messed up. I use to love Wendy’s but I do not plan on coming back this has now happened several times.

I ordered a 50 piece spicy chicken nuggets to share with my friends and while we were waiting I saw an employee put the nuggets into the bucket with bare hands without washing after using the register. Thats how germs and sickness spread so we asked the employee to remake it and they did. As we are sitting down enjoying our chicken nuggets a manager of some sort comes to our table, hands us the money we paid and told us to get out or she would call the police. We still wanted to get something so we tried drive-thru but she intercepted the person working at the drive-thru, refused service, and threatened to call the police again! God forbid you have to service a customer!!!! Half the employees seemed like they were on drugs so I assume thats what caused me to be kicked out of the Restaurant for requesting that I be served sanitary food. Never going here again, and I would recommend anyone else to stay away from this location.
The pumpkin spice frosty’s are so good! Way better than Dairy Queen pumpkin pie blizzard. Hope you have these every year.
