The place has low consideration for providing good food options to soldiers. They get paid by the government but don't want to serve soldiers with any of the good options from the menu. If you are a soldier or veteran, you can mostly expect a step mother's treatment & that also varies based upon your skin color.I have experienced the same treatment three times. At first, I thought it was a mistake. The second time, the cashier was not willing to listen to the order being placed. The third time, the item was not on the menu for me as they mentioned that there was a shortage of food in their store but the same menu item was available to the next person standing in line.Some of the staff members are really good but there are odd fellows among them. Unless they are removed, I am sure other customers will experience the same thing. If that odd person who acts as though he owns the place does not change, then it's going to be bad luck running your business for long.Vegetarian options: Pathetic & minimal options. Run away if they suggest anything is good from the veg. options

Despite being a bit pricey for a counter-serve Greek restaurant, the food wasn't impressive. I've had much better Greek elsewhere. The atmosphere wasn't to my liking either, unexpectedly noisy, maybe due to a bad music selection. I wish there was a vestibule or something so each time the front door opened, we wouldn't freeze.

We come regularly to highland park to visit family but only recently discovered this place. A huge hit with my big hard to please family. Everyone found something they loved. I personally went for the kale Caesar - first as a wrap with salmon and then as a salad with shrimp when we went back the very next day ?. Good to know there is a quick, yummy solution when we need to feed our crowd.

I walked in and the ambiance was still. No music. I ordered Mac and cheese for my son the cheese sauce tasted like powder. The food was overpriced for what you get. The spinach pie was awful. I was really hoping for delicious good. The Greek potatoes though were delicious. I see raving reviews from others so maybe I made the wrong selections. All in all I regret trying this place. People just simply avoid this restraunt at all costs. I walked in hungry. Placed a simple food order. The man at the register totally screwed up the food order. Leaving me with the complete opposite. Of what I had ordered which is truly unacceptable. In addition to this the food that I was served. Was greasy and nasty as it can get. No different then if I would have ordered food. From a two star rated greasy spoon diner.
