I’ve ordered at least 15 times from here. Every burger takes 25-30+ minutes, and I order in the middle of the day on weekdays. When I show up, the place is empty and I still have to wait. This time, they claimed to have no record of my order which I placed on their own website. Their POS machine seems to “always be broken.” When I arrived, a man behind the counter stared blankly and me and just shrugged. I even showed him my receipt, and he just stood there. I lost $13 but they’ve lost a repeat customer.Response: My name is accurate on this google account. Process a refund please and then I can at least know you’re doing the right thing. Check #6 for Ari Sonnenberg on Jan 4 per the confirmation email from your website’s order page. When I was in person with the gentleman, I didn’t think I was going to be getting a refund. A solid choice for burgers. BWB prides themselves on their smash burger, which comes tasty and gooey with cheese and grilled onions. They also offer a pub burger, for those who don't care for the smash style. It's good, but the smash burger is better. Their fries tend to be kinda dry and flavorless, so dressing them up with carne asada or truffle oil might be a good choice. Hot dogs are the standard Chicago dog, done right, tasty but not hard to find around here. The shakes are fine, but nothing stood out to me to make them worthy of the top billing they get here. BWB also offers bowls and chicken, haven't tried them. The venue is pretty much takeout only, although there is a table on the sidewalk nearby. Service is quick and friendly. If they had better fries, they'd be rock stars, as it is, I'm happy to come here when I'm looking for a good burger.

the food is always amazing here you just can't go wrong. burger and fries and both perfect and the service is super quick. very friendly people and the place is so nice and cozy.

Placed an order through Grubhub. Waited around outside for 20 minutes then I was told that they close at 8pm despite it saying 9pm on Google and the store being open in the Grubhub app. Please keep your hours updated so people don't waste their time.

Me and a friend stopped by late after a music festival, Brian helped us by serving us even after they had closed minutes prior. The service was absolutely amazing and genuine and the food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant is such a cute little hole in the wall place, I definitely recommend if you are in the Ravinia/Highlands area!

The food was absolutely incredible! Delicious and fresh and the lemonade! Omg! Was so good and i love a good lemonade this was hands down one of thee best I've had! ...we attended the botanic gardens and looked for a restaurant that was close to grab a bite to eat ...I'm so happy I chose this place! We live an hour away and would drive there again! It's just that good! Not to mention the chef and staff they were absolutely delightful very friendly and helpful I give this place and the Ravinia (which is next door they own this too )a 5star all the way! If you haven't tried this place Whether you live in the area or not you won't be disappointed ?
