Prices have become too high and if you don't pay for extra turkey it's a couple ounces for an 8 inch sub! And they barely put on the avocado topping,great sandwich,just imo a bit overpriced for what you get, Subway is way worse,I went to one for the first time since the covid nonsense and its $16 for the foot long !! Outrageous prices and I'll never eat there again due to price gouging

Some of the staff there are arrogant as can be. The payment terminal for credit cards are broken and it’s been that way for months. I blame the franchise owners for the lack of upkeep and shoddy employees.

Wanted a sub and forgot about Jimmy John's! I got the Bootlegger that has turkey & roast beef. The veggies were fresh and crisp. Perfect amount of Mayo. Will be back

I had an terrible catering/group order experience with this store. I ordered in advance and wanted all the sandwich ingredients on the side so people could "make their own" sandwiches. The sandwiches came with NO Cheese, even though I ordered cheese on all, and barely any meat at all ...so just pretty much a bread and condiment sandwiches was what they delivered. I was totally embarrassed with my guests after spending over $80.00. I contacted the manager the next day....3 times and when I finally spoke with him and he said he'd have to speak to his manager. I never heard back. THEN, I contacted corporate Jimmy Johns, who said she would have to speak with the Franchise Owner. Guess what....2 weeks went by .... AGAIN NO RESPONSE. And here's what I asked for in compensation.... 2 free sandwiches. Not even money back. What a terrible customer experience. I will NEVER go back to this store and you should think hard before you would EVER cater a party from them! I saw other reviews and they were pretty bad as well. PASS ON THIS ONE!

Extremely quick service, and a very friendly staff. The team always gets the order made correctly and the sandwich will meet your expectations. Plenty of parking and only issue is the entry and exit for parking as you'll see people struggling to figure it out.

IMHO the tastiest bread of any of the various "hero" sandwich chains.
i have order before from here and today i am very disappointed. i order a 2 slims and chips and it came to 15+ dollars slims are 3 bucks and they did not give me a receipt. and the sandwich had no lettuce or tomato and on the wrong roll. i am not going back there again and i am call corporate.
