Who orders those heart shaped pizzas from Lou Malnatis anyway? (Raises hand) What with all the mayhem and family stuff going on today, we canceled our V-Day reservation and ordered a Lou's heart shaped pizza delivery. Yeah it's heart shaped, yeah it's gimmicky, yeah it's delicious. Crispy buttery crunchy crust, loads of tomatoes and melty cheese, aaah! Malnati's salad too. Just enough for dinner a deaux -- actually we still have some left. When the world is kooky crazy unpredictable, there are still some things that you can depend upon--like a delicious pizza from Lou Malnati's. A slice of deep dish Chicago-style pizza and all is right with the world.

Preordered in the app day before superbowl for pickup at 6:30. Arrived in time. They had no idea when my order of 1 pizza and 2 salads would be available. Very crowded. Gave name and waited an hour and six minutes after pizza was due without order. Had prepaid for order and awaiting confirmation of refund. Told staff I would be leaving as they could not tell me when order would be available. Very disappointed. Also left an email for this business. I assumed they would stop taking orders when they reached capacity but obviously didn't do that.

Twenty dollars for a personal sized (8 or 9 inches) veggie pizza. Pizza was good, but it's pizza.

They make one of the best gluten-free pizzas I have ever had. It's a deep dish with layers of cheese meet and sauce. Can not tell is is gluten free. The staff is friendly fast and knowledgable about all the items on the menu.

Lou's is where the best crust meets the best cheese and the freshest toppings to make the most delicious deep dish pizza, My posse has never been dissatisfied with every order including the one last night of a medium half plain cheese and half green pepper and black olives, Perfect size of two slices on each side for my son and I and it arrived via a third party delivery service still quite toasty warm, very happy again with my son from Lou's, Lucas on the phone ordering was efficient and accurate! Thanks

I came here last Friday having order a pickup at 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:25pm and checked in and was told it would be about 10 minutes for my pizza.Well, this wasn't the case. Around 5:50 after having stood around there for close to 30 minutes someone calls my name and tells me "we ran out of pepperoni, we just got more and just started making your pizza, it's going to be another 20 minutes. " . As you can imagine, I'm dumbfounded that no one came to me asking me if cheese would have been OK. They gave me an excuse that they tried reaching out to people (I was standing in the lobby for 30 mins however).Anyways, this was supposed to be movie night with the kids and now what was supposed to be a dinner movie night was getting ruined. I told the guy to just refund it, we'd go elsewhere. I confirmed no less than 3 times on my way out the door that he refunded me.....Well.... lo and behold... I see the charges posted to my credit card for the pizza dinner I never got. I think I am permanently done with lous. They charge premium prices but they do not have their act together.
Line was out the door. They can't even tell you if your pizza is done or not. And they ran out of salads at 6:15.

Agree with the other recent reviews; there is a quality issue here…this was the worst pizza we’ve had from anywhere in years. It arrived 40 minutes late, no longer hot, and the crust was soggy, not fully baked in the middle. It didn’t even have the flavor of just a lukewarm Lou’s thin crust. The boneless wings were oozing oil. None of it remotely the quality we had come to expect. Delivery is from Uber Eats, which isn’t made clear when you order from the app and is probably why the pizza sits for a long time before being delivered. We have a neighborhood pizzeria we love (Piero’s)…we had a craving for Lou’s but will be sticking with them from now on.

Veggie deep dish is amazing they put tons of vegetables and lots of cheese, however if you don't like lots of cheese and sauce of your pizza deep dish isn't for you.
