I really enjoy their frozen yogurt, but the guy who works there is EXTREMELY rude and stingy. He said they don't offer samples because it spreads illness and would put a sample on top of the ice cream I was purchasing so I knew what the flavors tasted like for next time.I bought two cups expecting to receive two samples, but he said he can only give one. When I asked for a second sample, he said, "No. If you bought 5 cups of ice cream, would you expect to get 5 different samples??". Um yeah, I would....I paid for all 5.Great frozen yogurt. Terrible customer service.

Just tried to order some frozen yogurt for my family. And these 2 older men behind the counter in there were rushing us when there was not a soul in the place. They were out of a flavor , but didn't know it until we got up to the register as they were trying to again rush us. absolutely terrible service! Extremely rude , unnecessarily argumentative and condescending. You would think they'd want our business as we had 5 people about to order.

I go here with very special people, I like the atmosphere, you will always be surrounded by a lot of youth, the people who serve you are very friendly and they also speak Spanish, which is very good, the flavors are creamy, the cones are crunchy and whatever you ask for they will give it with the best ingredient, Kindness.

Growing up in HP, Love's is a staple dessert stop for me whenever I'm in town. The interior hasn't changed since my childhood, simple booths and minimal decor - could use a bit of a facelift to modernize but nothing crazy. I normally stop by when I'm in town with a couple of friends after dinner time for a quick dessert. Through the years, my order has stayed consistent and it tastes the same every time! If you love tart frozen yogurt, their California Tart is my favorite. I always have California Tart with Cookie Dough & Chocolate Chips. I've recently learned you can get a 'kids' size smaller than a small, which will be my new size of choice. The staff here is always helpful and quick, haven't had a problem!
