So, I have no sense of smell. since birth. so a lot of my dining experience is with sweet and hot and texture. I ordered a simple dish. Chicken pad Thai from Ruby of Siam. It was possibly the worst pad thai that I have ever eaten. And I'm not that picky. I will never order from them

I went to Ruby of Siam on a Tuesday (late afternoon) and they were empty! There were lots of delivery drivers coming in...constant while we were there. Our service was impeccable...needless to say. We were super impressed with the food, too. We got the sampler, Tom Kha, Spring Rolls, Ruby Crab Legs, the #49 KT Neu Sub, and #79 Pad Broccoli Kana. We have found our local Asian/Thai place.

Food was amazing and, everyone in our party was satisfied with the portions and taste. Service was great for a Saturday in a sense he did a great job for one person on the floor. We didn't get our entrees brought out at the same time for a party of 6. Occasionally I would see another server from the kitchen. Ambiance, decor, lighting, furniture was calming.

We went to Ruby of Siam on NYs Day Eve, and the food was delicious, the owner was so kind, and the ambiance was very chic! The owner even let our kids play upstairs with the pac man machine while us grownups had a few minutes to ourselves! I would highly recommend this fabulous Thai cuisine !!!

The disrespect I experienced at this restaurant compels me not only to write this necessary review but also to decide never to return. I want to make it clear why, as a grown man, I can endure subpar service, but witnessing a little girl beside me being ignored for an hour and a half is unacceptable. The staffing situation, with only two people managing eight tables and the phone ringing every 30 seconds, is inadequate. There are no excuses for being understaffed. Please consider hiring more staff or, if necessary, closing the restaurant."

On a wet winter evening Dr Karyn prescribes a bowl of steaming hot soup to ward off the winter blues. We had an enormous large bowl (large enough for 4) of chicken wonton soup which was just laden with dumplings in a hot tasty broth. Also some Tom Yum soup and some crispy chewy chive cake (which is a new favorite) and another diner was intrigued and wanted to know what it was. Friendly and quick service, pleasant and casual ambience, generous portions. (And obviously I'm not a dr I just portray one in my Yelp reviews. )

I used to work next door and love their food. I had the red beef curry that had the right amount of spice. And the crab Rangoon was creamy always a favorite. I uploaded a menu pic because I notice there wasn't any on yelp. Will always go back

Great food, but since Covid this is is under staffed for waiters and cooks. They also get their orders wrong.

This is the best place for curries of all kinds! Your choice of spice level. The crab Rangoon is a delightfully sweet appetizer to share (or not!).

The food here is definitely good, but what they struggle with is service. We came on a Saturday night, and they were severely understaffed. There was a line at the door for pick up orders, and we were told upon sitting down that if we don’t immediately put our orders in we’d have to wait 30 mins to be served. All tables were occupied and there was one server (I think he might be the owner or manager?) trying to take care of everyone. We both had a curry and it was lovely. The crab Rangoon is basically imitation crab rolled in spring roll - it was tasty but definitely not what crab Rangoon is. Prices are reasonable.

Real authentic Thai cuisine, cooked and served by people who treat you like family whether you are a returning customer or just a one timer. I’m always greeted with a welcome back, and the food always brings me a sense of peace. It takes me away to a place I’ve never been and warms not only my belly, but my heart too. When the weather is too much for me, i can always get delivery and no matter how busy they are, my order is never delivered cold. Spicy or not, this is my favorite placeTo fill up on happiness and premier hospitality. If you like curry, this is the place.

Great place to get food or get takeout. This is my go to spot when I'm craving Curry. The red curry is amazing and the spice is always just right. This is definitely a weekly stop for me and my family. They also have a ton of food for the kids. If you're looking for some good Thai, please try this place out and you won't be disappointed.
