Been meaning to make a review. This Starbucks location is my absolute favorite in Illinois. The service is out of this world, they remember your name and face even if you come only once a week. Every visit I come there, they make my Venti Iced Matcha Latte, w/ Coconut Milk and Vanilla Syrup perfectly. This is the only location that I trust will make their beverages right and do it by the cook book no matter who they hire as staff. They are also some of the nicest people and it's underrated how well they do their job.

Starbucks in highland Park is racist they put on a Passat like they are and not my daughter is black worked there for 9 months on January 4th 2024 she approached by a non black customer who had a problem because she forgot to double a cup and she apologized to the customer and than the non black customer approach her once again and he started you should stay on focus and my daughter felt scared of the customer so she responded back to the customer she didn't cuss at the customer she knows the policy and well after that the non black customer left a comment that he is a 50 years highland Park IL residents had been leaving bad comments and threatening to the store and calling ,so my daughter had to fill out paperwork on this and it was supposed to be investigated but it was not the store manager and the DM so on. Jan.24th 2024 she was fired ,and some of the other employees didn't not stand with her but an other employee had issues with and employee and he still work there oh cause his non black and the customer is not always Right.

Who would serve a customer luke warm coffee and blame it on the cream? No, I don't have time to wait for a fresh pot! You should always have fresh hot coffee available!

I ordered oleato coffee here and I told the cashier that its my first time trying it. She said to let her know if i like it or not she was very nice. But when I got my drink that was made by the other lady barista I think she speaks spanish i didn’t got her name. I tried the drink and I asked the barista for a couple pumps of syrup and she right away gave me the face. She said “next time let us know what do you want for your coffee because we dont do it like this blah blah blah” Like i never got humiliated just for a couple of pumps of syrup until now. So rude

VERY RUDE STAFF!! My Drink wasn't made till longer after the people that order after us, and when I let the staff know of the mistake, they spoke down to me like I was a problem for even saying something!

This Starbucks is awesome. Staff was super nice I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the guy made my complicated drink with a smile. Great way to start my day positive energy and caffeine with a smile.

My first time eating gelato here and it was great ! Will be back . They have an assortment of flavors ! I wish I could have eaten them all actually . I got banana and blackberry . Both were fantastic !

So, we headed out early without coffee. I'm more of a decaffeinated tea person myself, but for my wife, coffee is a morning ritual. For her, it's like liquid crack, and she gets all cranky if she skips it. Luckily the location was close by, and shortly after downing the concoction, Mrs. Hyde turned back into Mrs. Jekyll. The seating area was clean, and so were the restrooms. The staff was friendly, and plenty of parking. Zero issues.

One of the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to! Clean, decent amount of seating inside and a beautiful plaza with outdoor seating options. Would absolutely stop at this location again. They made the absolute perfect matcha green tea latte.
