Great food outstanding service the atmosphere was absolutely great . this was my second time in a week this time I brought to who really enjoyed the food and service.can't wait until next time.
Today's experience was a disappointment. Beef sandwiches were full of gristle. Salads were tasteless and potato salad warm. To make matters worse some patrons were facing west and the sun was blinding. The manager was asked multiple times to lower the window shades. Requests were ignored. Too bad, we usually enjoy our visit.

We love Buona's food but their take out system truly blows and sucks at the same time! On several occasions the last few years, arrive home with the order I placed only find find something missing....or wrong item.... Or insufficient amounts. Personally I would not bother with Buona-Hillside ever again but my family likes the food there. So now I have to very inconveniently check every bag right there and then before I leave!
