Every time I come in there the employees are always engaging in conversation that doesn’t have anything to do with their job. So today it happened again for the tenth time.. I mention my issue to the employee then tried to tip.. The fat boy says, you don’t have to tip “you can keep it”. His ungrateful oversized self just don’t know when to shut up. Clearly this type of behavior is allowed at this establishment.. Anyone that chooses this location just know, when you go inside 9 out of 10 the employees are to busy worrying about their outside to put their customers first. So you will have to wait until they’re finish entertaining each other then they will serve you.. How do they have a 3.9 rating at this point.. This location doesn’t deserve one star.

I ordered online for delivery and it never showed up. 1.5 hours later I get a text saying my order has been canceled by driver. My family had a nice peanut butter & jelly sandwich for dinner due to their mistake. Won't spend another dime here.Last time I ordered I placed an order online for pickup and waited over 30 minutes in store for my order while everyone in line got there's freshly made and left. Something needs to change here. Either drop the call in orders or Doordash or drop both!!

I just left out of this location. It says that they close at 10pm on Fridays but they were mopping the floors , it was only fried rice ,orange chicken , and chow mein as an option . The cook just looked at me and packed away the food. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted and the girl finished making someone’s food and just walked away to the back like I wasn’t there . Therefore I left the establishment because of this poor service and won’t ever return. It’s really rude when people don’t have good customer service they need better training.

Season Reason

I ordered the bigger plate. The orange chicken was fairly fresh. Sesame chicken and fire honey chicken breast was not fresh and chicken was hard. I will not be back to this location.

My mom loves this place she says they are getting everything together just as she likes it ???. If mom says they're good then they're good. Great location good parking easy to get to right off of e-way.Vegetarian options: For vegetarians there are delicious options.

First, and foremost the food was chewy like it had been sitting there for a while and had no flavor. Second, I gave the cashier a $100 bill and she stated to me that she needed to check the bill and I told her “no worries, you just have to do your job”. She also asked me if I had a smaller bill and I stated no. I checked my wallet in front of her to prove I did not have anything else but a $5 and $2. She so happen to get “change” out her register but when she gave me my change she did not count it back to me so I counted it anyway and she shorted me $10. When I brought it to her attention she looked at me like I was stupid. She then asked her team members if they had a “key” to get into the safe so she could get my change. It is VERY disappointing to have to had dealt with that. Had it been a eldery person, the employee Isabella would of definitely fooled the eldery person if they had not counted their change. I do not think that was professional. A happy team is a high-performing team and by the looks of it, that's probably why that panda express has a 3.9 star rating! Terrible customer service, childish workers, and lack of menu items.

This Panda is so close to my house unfortunately it is the worst Panda I have been to the service is slow, food is stale and the restaurant is dirty. If you can try to avoid this location you will be disappointed.

We had a two-item, a one-item, one egg roll each & one drink each. Spending over $30 is outrageous, especially considering the quality of the food. My green bean chicken & broccoli beef had no taste; my green bean chicken lacked green beans. Thankfully, a handful of soy sauce added some flavor to my dinner.

I ordered a beef and broccoli bowl, it was the WORST FOOD EVER, I made a request for my order but the person did NOT honor my request, I’m extremely disappointed, I’m SICK to my stomach, I will NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM PANDA EXPRESS!!!
