Trashy place, the hourly employees are very rude. They are always on their phones and don't attend to you. When I went the old white woman was simply sitting next to a customer who was playing a game and talking trash and having a personal conversation with him. She didn't offer me anything to drink. She also spoke very sweet and nice to him and the other white woman, but used a rude tone with me. Spend your money somewhere else where the employees are actually welcoming and don't give you the stink eye.

Do not waste your time and go here. There are plenty of other nice and friendly gaming lounges around the area. A few of the attendants are very rude. One manager was very mean and came up to the register after drinking beer and personally gambling on the machines to tell me I no longer could spin the wheel or use the promos on my five-star app. When asked why she assumed and told me it was probably because I just get the promos and cash them out and leave which is not true. I always play them and have lost way more there than I have won. Also, I have never used more than one promo in a day or anything like that. When I complained one night I took a new customer with me bc my five-star app said there was a spin the wheel promo and the lady attendant simply said I couldn't do it. I wasn't offered anything to drink, and the "manager" who was on duty that day who was drinking a bottle of beer and gambling was super sweet and nice to the Caucasian lady playing, but super rude and disrespectful to me, a brown Hispanic woman. Please support other small businesses like Bellas down the street by Elsa's, they are very nice over there and not racist. I even complained to J&J online and called their number because none of the employees would even give me their names. Very unprofessional and shady. No juegan en este lugar, son racistas y desgradables.

Don’t bother going here. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I used a free play twice in 1 day without knowing the rules, and I discovered that since then, whenever I earned points, they’re immediately removed from my account because management is upset. They also no longer give me any promotional offers yet they give them to everybody else. Good to know that they like to discriminate.

oh man, I really do feel lucky I found this place. randomly went on a Wednesday and found that's when they have ridiculous drink specials ($2 for Bacardi cocktails! and they aren't shy about the pours), AND we won some cash. The kicker was that the guy working there (the owner, I believe) was super nice and helped us out when I needed it (found a pair of gloves I lost and held them for me... when we came back to retrieve them, we played more. and that's when my wife won back all the money she dropped previously!) Ill be back for sure. Would come back every Wednesday if I could.

I have been coming here for a few years now. I absolutely love going to baby Vegas! The atmosphere is excellent, The owner and his wife are amazing! And all the employees there are absolutely great! They make you feel at home. And I've been to other gambling facilities.... And baby Vegas beats them by far! ❤️

this place is the worst place in the whole town I Ben going there for 2 years and the only reason is because is very close to my house and I never win nobody wins anything don’t go there the slots is very greedy and the staff is looking over your shoulder so I decided not to come there anymore, So Zero stars I give it no star at all
