Management and staff were super nice. Food is great.

The pizza is really good! Crust is nicely done and great toppings. I’ve had many fast casual pizzas with soggy crusts- Burnt Pizza cooks it right! Lots of flavor. Kudos and ready for another slice.

There pizza is great we always do gluten free and it's tasty. The only thing we would recommend is that they let you pick more toppings or have a slightly higher priced option where it is unlimited toppings.

Went on 1/2 off Wednesdays with drink purchase to save some money and was able to get it quickly and well done how I liked it. Also, really liked the variety of flavors of aguas they had. Will definitely be returning soon!

I love that the pizza is oven fired. You can build your own pizza with whatever you want and the price stays the same. The pizza was fresh and delicious. They also have Agua Fresca and that is yummy and a nice refreshing choice.

Burnt pizza is superior. We like Mod Pizza, but some employees at either location have... issues. Blaze pizza at Woodfield is good, but you have to fight mall traffic and sit in a food court, and you feel rushed because they are so busy. Burnt has none of these problems. We like the drizzles for your pizza and they have great inhedients and crusts. My wife takes advantage of the gluten free crust. The little homade desserts are good too. We really like the guy who runs the place. He may be the owner. Down to earth and friendly. Will talk to you if you have questions and not just churn you through. Not sure why they named it this, but the pizza is not burnt. LOL

Tried out this new (for me) pizza spot. Overall, not impressed. The pizzas are overpriced (as compared to similar models, Blaze or Mod Pizza) and the pizzas aren't that good. I had a Ripe Tom made with a little extra cheese. The toppings all slid off the pizza as I tried to eat it. The sauce and toppings were put all the way to the crust, so I couldn't actually grip it (opted for knife and fork). But using a knife and fork caused the paper under the pizza to tear and end up in my bite. Beyond the pizza, the pricing ($12.99 for an 11") is not comparable to competitors. Others (like Mod) also offer more size options where Burnt only offers a one size fits all model (except for kids pizzas). At Mod, I can get a pizza, salad, and soda for around $16. At burnt it's $13 for the pie, $7 for a salad, and a few bucks for a soda. The staff gladly remade my pizza with less cheese and a little more attention to giving me some crust. They did seem a little annoyed that I asked it to be plated without the paper underneath. The second pizza held the toppings much better - maybe their crust isn't designed for heavy toppings. The pizza was "just ok", still very hot from the oven but an extremely thin, dry crust (maybe a nod to their burnt name). I enjoy the char on Blaze Pizzas and their crust isn't dry...Burnt doesn't have that mastered yet. I was timing and they cooked it about 8-9 minutes, maybe in an effort to prevent the toppings from falling again. In the process, the crust dried out. The music / atmosphere was nice minus the restrooms which reminded me of a truck stop or convenience store. They were littered, the appliances showed obvious signs of age, and by having a blow dryer with no paper towel option, it meant after cleaning my hands, I had to touch the door handle (after others who likely didn't wash their hands) to exit.

Pretty solid pizza, very tasty! Only one thing that was a little disappointing was when I would grab a slice all the toppings fell off. But very good pizza!

How do they get your pizza done in 5 minutes? Delicious. Different. Refreshing.

Manager here worked with my large order for my staff. They delivered withing the time frame that was told. Pizzas were hot!

Went in to get lunch today with my family. There was only worker there doing everything... needless to say the wait was long and we actually left because we had to wait for a couple of families to order, pay, and have their food cooked before the next group could be served. Not the fault of the worker - he was in a rough spot - but clearly not a well managed business. This is the second time we've been let down.

Food used to be good. Standards are dropping quickly.

This restaurant has a 17+ mile radius for their deliveries on grubhub. I know where Burnt Pizza is located, we live near it. We decided to go to Crystal lake. We saw Burnt Pizza on grubhub available in crystal lake. We thought they opened up a second location. Nope, they decided to have an unrealistic delivery zone that has grubhub delivery drivers not making any money. Please dont support a restaurant that does this. The drivers are just trying to make a living and you cant make a living when you are driving 17+ miles both way. We will no longer go to Burnt Pizza.
