Ordered about three times from here. No complaints. Delivery is professional and quick unless you order during the lunch rush and then it can take a bit longer, but that's to be expected. Everything was fresh, tasty, and when you say extra, they do extra.

Had black stuff coming out of the soda dispenser when I was pouring my drink. First time that’s ever happened to me at any restaurant ever. Not coming back.EDIT: Hey Jimmy John’s Bot. Why don’t you actually call the store and have them check they are actually cleaning their soda machines every so often so this doesn’t happen to someone else?

3-4 mins away from jimmy johns in Hoffman! However, working in a medical clinic it gets busy. To save myself a trip at lunch time I ordered and it’s been over 45 mins! The app says my food got delivered, called & they told me their system has not been “working”. I still don’t have my food yet although they said they were on their way. Called again 15 mins later, not near by.. “freaky slow”. It’s been an hour.. had to cancel my order.

Usually is a typical visit with no issue and fairly quick service. I always order ahead on the app too, which should mean quick and accurate.For some reason this time, it took forever for our food to be ready. Unacceptable when ordering ahead of time. On top of that, with all the time it took, they got a sandwich completely wrong which meant the person couldn't eat it.Pretty disappointed in my visit this time with this location.

It is incredible that a gourmet sandwich chain does not have bread for its respective sandwiches, it is a shame not to be prepared to contemplate the demand.

Last few times I have ordered, it has taken about an hour for delivery, about a mile away. Which is the opposite of freaky fast. The employees seem not to care that it's taking forever to get a delivery out and they don't even offer an apology.Additionally, I responded to a survey they sent and was told I had a credit at the store for a sandwich for the unsatisfactory experience. Imagine my surprise when I just called to order and was told there's no credit on my account. Taking my business elsewhere.

Parking is harder to access and maneuver than previous location... that's the only reason I'm taking away one star. Food and service has been good.Parking: Hard to enter and exit parking lot. Limited parking spaces.
