The place is clean and the food is usually good. Enh, decent, at least. So it meets the minimum bar for avoiding a one-star review. But good grief, I wish I had a job where I could just decide to not do parts of it, or continually screw parts of it up, on a whim. With the new system, they're supposed to bring the food to your table-- that is the whole bloody point of ordering on the screen and taking the number back to your table. Food order was correct, employees were friendly but seemed a bit confused. They handed us a bag with only half of our order in it, so we started eating the fries and told them we were still waiting for another sandwich.
