In town on business. Stopped in for dinner, and place was crazy busy, but they had us seated right away. Our server was prompt and had our drinks and order placed quickly. Although there was a slight issue when my coworker ordered an appetizer. Management and staff went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Oh, and the food was absolutely amazing, which is why I always eat here when I'm in the area. And after the great customer service this evening, you've guaranteed my return business.

Both times I ate here, it was just after they opened for lunch, so it was definitely quiet and relaxing. The staff were all lovely and attentive without being invasive. The food was all great.

Starting with the food as it was the only positive of the evening: mediocre. The brick chicken was described as "deboned" and for $23 I expect there to be no bones. I counted at least 6 in what was essentially just a big piece of breast meat. I cannot fathom why it cost this much as there wasn't more to the meal besides 2 peppers for garnish and 3 potato wedges. The fried fish someone else ordered was 4 wedges of batter covering a very small amount of fish. No clue how this was an adult sized meal. Onto the service... We put in an order for 2 appetizers and our meals at the same time, but asked to keep the drinks menu to see if anything piqued our interest. We then proceeded to wait for almost 40 minutes before our entrees arrived by a different server, and we asked them what happened to the appetizers. Our original waitress came back and said she completely forgot and that she was sorry. This was an honest mistake, and wouldn't be a problem, if it weren't for the fact that our waitress proceeded to ignore us for the rest of the night. No refills for water. No asking us about the drinks again. Not even to check if the food was good or not. We had to essentially chase her down to even get the check. And of course, this place adds a 3% surcharge that you can ask to have removed for dining in, making you look like a cheapskate and putting the pressure on the customer. Just a great way to end a wonderful birthday dinner. Never coming back again, and I will be sure to steer others clear away from this place too.

My wife and I ordered the chicken Parmesan to share and a side of fries and got excited because we heard nothing but good things. I know I'm going to be hated by these die hard fans, but I found the food flavorless, expensive, and a little dry. On top of that, get little sauce. We got next to no sauce.

Server forgot one of our appetizers. We were with another a couple and had to watch them eat in silence so ce we had no app. Then when we recieve the bill they mixed up beers, but we were willing to let that go. Then we asked for rewards and they applied it to the wrong bill. Then we finally recieved the fixed bill but it was for the other couple who already paid. They voided out everything and now we are waiting again for new receipts. Nothing taken off the bill. Won't be back.***UPDATE****Gave it another shot after a few years, and not there is a mandatory surcharge for service of 3$ that automatically gets applied without notice. If you don't pay attention to the recipt you will also see this charge. Portions have shrunk. 0/10 do not reccomend.***UPDATE***Came back a year later, now they charge for to go boxes for pizza. The menu is way smaller than before and the prices are astronomical. The hostess sat a random guy at our reserved table and we had to be relocated.

I enjoyed the food and service was ok. Walked in on Bingo night. Very loud obnoxious man calling bingo. We couldn't talk and walked out with a massive headache. Tables were loud yelling at bingo caller. Unless you want to play bingo don't go to this place on bingo nights. Wish it was clearly stated when we made reservations that it would be bingo night. Wish the web page showed that it would be loud and rowdy. We were to hungry and it was too late for us to find someplace else to go.Vegetarian options: I enjoyed the vegan thin crust pizza.
