My first visit here a few weeks ago, they were out of ketchup, which was shocking given that the location just opened. Today, I paid another visit and order all dark meat chicken. I get home and half is white meat. Restaurant looks nice from the outside and in but the service is terrible. I'll probably continue to go to Hanover Park location going forward. It's a shame because this location is so close to me.

Very disappointing visit last night. Chicken wings were dried up and stale, Dr Pepper was flat with no carbonation. Only thing which was edable was the mashed potato with gravy. No straw or napkin given. Overall 0 stars. Not going back.

Excellent Popeye's food as always. The red beans and rice I swear are laced with addictive products because I can't get enough. This location however is difficult to get into and poorly planned.
They have horrible service and a rude staff. Every time I go there and order online or in drive through its a problem. I literally placed my online order 30 minutes ago to be ready now and they told me it's not ready and I can stay in the drive though until it is.

Big lady at the window was super rude LIKE BAD I’ve been having a good day and I can’t believe this lady tried to ruin my day. Told her I had two mobile orders gave her the name for one she asked me to pull forward so I gave her the second name to confirm and she shut me right up and said they’re not ready yet so pull up to the window with a bad attitude. Asked her for a water too and rolled her eyes all crazy on me she looked possessed! May Jesus touch her heart one day. Lady needs a new job.

My first experience at this new location was terrible, i hated the Popeyes since then, Chicken was not cooked as it should be. It was saggy and cold.

ordered 3 combo meals but didn’t realize they did not come biscuits. we mentioned this to the manager and he pointed out the fine print. even though it didn’t come with a biscuit, he gave us them anyways.great manager, great team, and even better service.best believe i will be coming back.

Came during a busy rush. The manager and staff quickly jumped into action and started passing out food one order after another. Impressed to see the support staff have the managers back and help him! Keep it going, you guys have a great team !
