Very disappointed of this place! I ordered a burger. The meat burger was dried, no seasoned, and it tasted old. I could had a better quality and cheaper burger at a fast food restaurant. I had to wait a long time for the waitress to come to my table after I got my food. I don’t usually complain about restaurants, but this restaurant was the worst I’ever eaten at so far.

I feel customer service lately has been horrible. People don't come check their tables. This restaurant did the 100% complete opposite they were wonderful, they checked on us they kept our drinks filled!!! Definitely will be going back!!!

Good atmosphere and food. The burgers never disappoint but the boneless wings were very dry. $4.99 Margaritas are great, I liked the desert pear one, and during happy hour they're just $4. Good location too, big shopping plaza with many stores.

Food was great but didn’t like the fact how the manager was handing out gift cards or coupons to the tables by us by didn’t bother coming to our table for whatever reason.

Overall the experience was ok. Some of the food was really over salted, where some other things were under seasoned. We ordered our meal and dessert at the same time, and dessert came out before our meal which was pretty funny. Our server was friendly and checked on us periodically, which was nice. Again, all in all just an... Ok experience.

Let's talk about the quantity vs. value. I ordered a Scorpion burger worth approx 16 dollars. The value I perceived was no more than $6 (because chips are also part of it). It is over-priced with mediocre taste. I think because the taste was mediocre, I felt it was over-priced. The patty was thin and small (again thinking of the value vs price). Apart from all this, we were also charged an entertainment fee which we didn't see until we saw the receipt. Show us the receipt before charging us.The name 'Red Robin' is perfect. Everything about them raises a red flag and we felt robbed.

I'm not a fan of burgers so this place was just ok to me... I ate a soup & salad for my lunch, while both people I went with got a burger with fries. I was jealous of their friends cuz of the smell.Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian options at all.
