“I am from out of town and thought I would stop in for lunch. Honestly I have to say the Korean short ribs were the best that I have ever had. I’ve had them many many places in different states and by far theirs is the best. Very nice very friendly and I will be back a few times before I head back to Ohio. I wish I could take them with me.“
“We had their burnt end sandwich with tator tots and some brisket nachos as an appetizer. It was all outstanding food! The BBQ sauce has 3 levels. They are marked clearly, which is sweet, mild, and hot. I will absolutely go here again and bring freinds! The staff was funny and easy to chat with. It was like being in a kitchen with all your freinds nibbling on food. It was an easy atmosphere. There were tables having their own conversations and the banter wasn't so loud as to disturb but it was easy to jump in and join the humor. The food was truly outstanding. Juicy and moist! The bun was so soft and the tator tots were crunch on the outside and soft inside. Perfection!I wish I had room for dessert!“
“Nice little barbecue joint in Frankford, IL that is tucked away in the back of the parking lot of a strip mall off Lagrange Road. Barbecue was good, loved the rib tips and pulled pork sandwich i got. French fries needed to be cooked longer so they have that snap you like and the seasoning was delicious ?“
“We arrived with a large party. There was a wait but it was worth it. Everything we ordered was delicious. Food was fresh and well seasoned. The drinks taste perfect. Our waiter Zachary A. Was our server and he was excellent. He did not miss a beat and was kind. We will be returning!!!“
“Perfect place to go after Juma! So wonderful having a full halal menu place this far south. I had the mix platter and it was delicious and filling! Great done in experience too. I highly recommend this place, and can’t wait to come back and try more!Dietary restrictions: Full Halal menu- the owner even showed me the box of halal chicken he was preparing.“
“I’ve been getting barbecue from Louisiana’s for over 5 years. The food is amazing. Ribs aren’t tough it’s slow cooked. Momma says it’s “Memphis style Barbecue”. The sauce is perfect not spicy or sweet; it’s just on point! Best thing to do is make an order, they will not disappoint. I googled and tried them and never stop going.Parking: Open parking lotWheelchair accessibility: There aren’t any stairs“
“I ordered a smoked turkey from The Shack for Thanksgiving simply due to the fact that I have never had a bad experience with The Shack. (FYI, their Sunday Family Packs are amazing!) We picked up the turkey cold on Wednesday as they prepared it as a heat and serve. We tried it Wednesday, just to try a little before Thanksgiving, and the flavor was so pronounced - even cold! The turkey was delicious- in fact I don't even think that delicious is the right word. The turkey was a hit with everyone. We bagged up the little we had remaining and put it in the freezer. We took it out a week later and made white turkey chili (instead of chicken) and the turkey still was extremely flavorful! I highly recommend The Shack to anyone looking for some great BBQ/Catering! I would love to give them more than 5 stars if I had the opportunity!“
“My wife and I went here for dinner a few weeks ago for our anniversary. This was the first place we came for our first dinner date when we started dating 7 years ago. We love this place! The atmosphere, the service and the food are always exceptional! We started off our night with a few cold beverages. Then decided on our appetizer.First, we ordered some jalapeno cornbread for appetizer. Then for our main course garlic mashed potatoes with sage gravy, barbecued ribs, beef brisket and pulled pork! So very flavorful. So very tasty. I highly highly recommend!Want to say thanks again to Chuck's and their staff for making our anniversary always memorable! If you love barbecue definitely check out Chuck Southern Comforts Cafe in Darien, Illinois 5 stars all day long! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“
“First time coming here and the atmosphere is great. Lots of stuff to look at on the walls that date way back. The service was outstanding, our waitress was very attentive and sweet. The food was delicious, I had the brisket grilled cheese and it was very flavorful. My husband had the Pit Plater with brisket and he said it was very delicious. I was a bit bummed about the coleslaw, it had no flavor and was very dry. We were also a bit bummed they didn't have cornbread on the menu. Overall I would definitely recommend ?“
“On the way home, from Decater via Chicago to Germany by car, I found the LongHorn Steakhouse after searching for a restaurant on the Internet. When you entered the steakhouse you were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere. I then ordered a mixed salad with French dressing and a “rare” New York steak with French fries. Salad with the dressing was a hit. The steak came perfectly grilled and the fry was hot and golden brown. The friendly and attentive service with a pleasant atmosphere rounded off this short stay. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.Parking: Immediately next to the restaurant.“
“It's always a good time here. I haven't had a bad experience yet. My husband went to the one in bolingbrook and it was an hour and 45 minute wait so he left, it was on a Saturday around 5pm. I've only been to the Lagrange Rd. Location and I can't say a bad thing about it.Parking: They have a lot , it's just that it stays crowded and you may have to walk a little bit.“
“Omg! It's been while since I've reviewed on Yelp! I wanna say this place is the bomb! I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fries and cheese sauce & and fruit punch! It was delicious! Until my mon threw out the drink even when i told her no, which sucked. Anyway, the service and ambiance was on point! Very nice employees and staff! Will be coming back!“
