We just moved back into the area and we received a coupon from Bobalus. Ordered 16” with pepperoni, we were very impressed, cheese and sauce were just right, crust was very good and little thicker than another one of our go to places. Just the right combination. I would say the sauce was a little sweet, excellent pizza, will return without the offer! Lily provided great service!! Thanks!

This is a great spot for thin crust pizza! I was pleasantly surprised at how good this local spot is! The staff are very nice and we got our pizza perfectly on time! Not under or over done it was just right!

I tried this place because I was out in Homer and it popped up on my Upside App. When I picked up the pizza I told the young lady I found them because they were on the app. She said, so you need the receipt? I uploaded the receipt, now it's day 10 and I got a notice from Upside that the receipt was inefficient! Ugg! The receipts they print out for their customers to upload do NOT have all the info on it to get your money back! Not cool! I'm out $5.44 Instead of giving them a 5 for their sweet sauce pizza, I have to give them a 3 due to them not following the rules they signed up for.

I originally planned to give this place 4 stars, because my only complaint was the fries... but they went and told Upside, that I didn't make my purchase.They want to get petty about less than $2?!The fries were crispy, but they were cooked in old oil...it tasted like the oil was used to fry everything and not just fries.I couldn't eat them.The pizza... the pizza wasn't bad, exactly... but it was sweet, kind of like the pizza you expect from places that are meant for children, not for adults... like Little Ceasars or some other bargain place, except this pizza isn't priced that low.Anyway, I just tried the place, because when I was getting gas near-by, the Upside app showed them at 17% cash back... so I grabbed lunch there.2 slices and some fries.If you don't know about the Upside app, you need to submit a receipt, but then they check the receipt with the restaurant... this place lied and said they couldn't find my transaction, so therefore I don't get my $1.47...I guess I should've gone back for my refund for the trash fries. ?

I decided to try this place, because the Upside app was showing a 17% cash back, when I was filling up with gas near-by. The service was bad... the lady that rung my order was in a hurry to leave, so she threw away the receipt... when the owner came up to the counter to update me on my wait time, I asked about the receipt. He fumbled in the trash a few seconds and tried to give me all the receipts in his hand, but I told him I only wanted mine. The pizza was sweet... like school pizza, and it's better meant for young children. The fries were crispy, like they were cooked in old oil and tasted like grease, grease that's had too many different foods cooked in it. But the major problem was that after all that trouble, the manager reported to the Upside app, that my transaction could not be confirmed, so I didn't even get my $1.47 cash back. These people are as bad as those tip baiters, who put a nice tip on their delivery order, but then remove the tip after the delivery. They partner with Upside to create more business, but then they pretend you are lying about the order, so they don't have to give you the rebate.

Overall a pretty good meal experience. First the chicken. The chicken is not overly flavourful but does have a light breading and the chicken itself is tender and juicy. A solid choice regardless. The shrimp is good but not what I would consider great. Maybe if it had a lighter breading or if I made that choice, I would have liked it better. The pizza is a winner for sure. The right amount of sweetness with the sauce as well as a fine portion of ingredients. We will go back for the pizza for sure, as well as the chicken. The few sides we had were also very good. Thus, give them a try.

So happy I tried babalu! I will definitely be back!! The pizza is great, very generous with the toppings, slightly sweet sauce. I also tried the breaded shrimp that are huge as well as very good!! You won’t be disappointed:)

Really great pizza at a fair price. I especially liked their sweet sauce and plenty of cheese. There are SO many pizza options around here, but I believe this will be the go to now. Really great customer service as well.

Very poor customer interactions. I walked in and the man running then counter didn’t bother to acknowledge my presence until I verbally asked for service. Along with that the pizza was burnt at the bottom and did not have toppings that were charged extra for majority of the pizza, and our order of fries were minuscule over fried crumbs. Overall, this business isn’t run very well much less professionally.
