I would give a 0 Star if I could! Came in Friday dec 7th at the Lemont location played $60 at 2pm then came in at 7 or around 7:20pm machines where all full so I sat down with my fiancé to watch him play first. One of the customers told me hey hun you know you could get a drink here. I said I’m good as I’m saying it The employee said I wasn’t getting one though I never even asked for one so that started a whole argument I just told her I didn’t ask for one and how dare she say that I’m not playing I was goin to play but all the machines are full so How could I? She had a man get off one the machines after a long while that he wasn’t playing finally so I then played that machine even though I was waiting for the person to get off the spin the wheel game to play but then the employee threatened me all over a drink I never even asked for. She even called the cops. She would not give me her name so unprofessional it’s disturbing Never been so disrespected to in my life. I tried out the one in homer glen a few times and there’s a younger guy at this location that tells me management sucks here and how much he hates his job that its just for the time being are there any good workers here? I only met one lovely lady with short brown hair with a great attitude that always ask if I would like a drink to which I reply no and she still recommends me lovely options at the homer glen one other than that workers are always so depressed here. I got a call from corporate saying a boss will get into contact with me to update me on the situation it’s been over a month now and no call from the boss disgusting place to play at I recalled the customer service number and and it’s been over a week now again and the voicemail said it only takes 48 hours for a call back we the people are what makes you guys get business and you treat us like this gross. Done wasting my hard earned money here well treated like this I will from now on take my business to Betty’s the worker I met is lovely there and doesn’t complain about her job and I’m greeted with would you like anything to drink every single time with no attitude. Go play at BETTYS very peaceful environment.
