Hands down the worst chinese food I’ve ever had. The rice smelled burned as if it was re cooked, the orange chicken was old and stale. Promise you I’ll never order food from this place again. And they charge their own price. Would you imagine that lol honestly really bad food. Never

Place has gone to hell! Seafood platter had spoiled shrimp and stunk so bad my dog wouldn't eat it. Don't go there unless you want your stomach pumped?

Was charged $6.00 more than price on menu for second time. Was not told about this before ordering. THIS IS FRAUD!

They only do takeout here, and that might be the reason they have not invested to make the place look more visually appealing. The food though is always perfectly seasoned and tasteful, and that is the most important thing we should look for one dining out. The menu has all the basic Chinese dishes and is it not too long or too short. This is basically a local mom and pop shop, and I remember as a young adult eating regularly at their downtown location that was located near the El tracks. So there is many years of experience in Cooking great Chinese food by the owner.

Best Asian food in Homer Glen; hands down! Absolutely delicious ?

We had some beef, general tso chicken, & chicken fried rice, white rice, spring rolls. General tso tasted weird, like it was reheated or something. The chicken in the chicken fried rice was bone dry. Beef was mediocre at best. Spring rolls were descent. My husband, daughter, & myself all ended up with food poisoning (diarrhea, vomiting, & fever). Never ordering here again.

Very authentic Chinese food. The hot and sour soup is delicious and very nice tofu dish

First time ordering, chicken wings were raw pink inside, every dish tasted the same....sweet...from the rice, noodles to the beef....you get different dishes to possibly mix it up. Sadly not for me....wish them the best, won't be going back, had to toss my two orders of wings, waste....

Hands down best Chinese food in the Will county area

Ordered chicken lomein still looking for the chicken, they must have confused it with the carrots and broccoli. They did not have any of the standard Chinese veggies you find in traditional Lomein. Unless your desperate becarful what you order there. The one star is required to post.

This place is quite busy! Ordered 4 dishes and it took an hour to prepare. I had the salt pepper fish fillet, mapo tofu, orange chicken lunch special and sesame beef lunch special. Would recommend their lunch specials because it's $7 only. The mapo tofu was not traditional and was not made of mala spicy nor does it contain any meat. It was also sweet tasting. I wouldn't recommend.

best chinese food in the area. everything hand made. u can tell. maybe the coolest aspect is this is the spiritual successor to Jimmy Wongs. a famous chinese restaurant downtown that attracted the biggest celebrities around during the 50s and 60s.

Had a fairly small order that other Chinese places can make in 15 minutes. This place was initially 20, then mad me wait another 25. Took an extremely long time for a simple order of small chicken fried rice and beef lol mein. Another lady walked in and asked how much time was left. The employee at the counter repeatedly dodged her question until she made it clear she wanted an answer. His behavior made it clear he didn't care and gave generic half hearted apologies. After all that, it wasn't even good. Chicken was overcooked like a rock and had to use extra sauce to give the meal any flavor. I don't know if Wok 2 is supposed to be a reopening of Wok 1 after closure, but the quality of this entire experience sure shows it should've probably stayed that way.I'll stick with China House on 143rd from now on.
