Every time we come to this location the team hustles and goes above and beyond to make sure my gluten allergy needs are met. Thank you so so much!!Dietary restrictions: Offer gluten free bread which is sealed until ordered then placed on paper after the counter is cleaned and they have a separate knife and will clean the grill when ordering a hot sandwich to make sure your order is made as safely as possible.

This place is fantastic! The owner is often present when I've stopped by in the evening, sometimes with his teenage son, who is an excellent worker and a motivated young man, and he seems to care greatly about his business and his customers. The workers there are very meticulous when placing toppings on the sandwiches, are generous with the portions, and will custom tailor anything on your sandwich to your liking. Everyone there seems to enjoy being there and has a great attitude, they all seem to genuinely care about their work and their customers, and they are all dedicated to helping the business succeed.The food speaks for itself as it is, in my opinion, the best sandwich you can get in our area... Far superior to Subway or Jimmy John's.

We came in with a very large, last minute order. The people working were extremely polite and took amazing care of us. Double checking what we wanted on each sub, keeping us updated, even holding the door for us as we left since we had a few bags. They even took extreme care with the gluten allergy we had. Thank you all so much for the amazing service!Dietary restrictions: We had a gluten allergy.
I go in, there is one couple in front of me with their sandwhich being made. I order 2 Philly cheese steaks. As I am waiting, I watch maybe 15+ people come in and walk out with their food and about 18 minutes later my 2 sandwhiches are finally done. I’ve never waited 18+ minutes for a food order inside in my life. I’ve been to oakbrook and Iowa locations and they take 5 minutes not 18..

Worse jersey mikes ever. Whats the point of me ordering on the app if I get to the store and I see everyone at the store order and get their food before me? Also there is a guy named andrei hes very rude and asks irrelevant questions to make you wait longer for your food. Stay away.

#73 /2023Well I don't like having to do this as this is a brand new place but it's averageThis is a new Jersey Mike's that just opened up near me.Walking in at first I was impressed it was quite cleanHowever I am not a big big fan of cheesesteaks and Phllys and stuff like that as a rule.What was a little bit of a let down to me was the sandwich options at this one but it seems like a lot of stuff I get when I'm on the road driving an 18-wheeler and certain other parts of the country around the Chicago area they just don't offer this isn't the first jm's I've been into where I've run into this.They don't have the meatball.However this one does not even have a microwave so therefore all the sandwiches are cold unless it's one of the grilled things.And that to me is a deal breaker for the most part because I do like even the subway to have a heated up meat they don't have a way to toast here they don't have a way to heat anything up here.ordered a roast beef and provoloneIt was okay I did Mike's way without onions.On the Rosemary bread.Sandwich presentation wise was nicely done but it just wasn't on the way I like it.I tried it I got the combo head chips and a drink.The staff this is a new store they're still working out the bugs I understand they were little crowded there was a little unpleasantry not quite attitude but just a little off putting to me as I was asking a few questions kind of turned me off a bit.But perhaps they will get a microwave to where they can heat the meat up for the sandwiches I know they probably won't get a toaster but it's a shame that so many locations choose what they want to have and there's not really too much like it was back in the day when you had loads of options.
