“TBH I rarely eat at chain restaurants because I find thier food and atmosphere to be very "vanilla" and don't really have a reason to go when I can get a more authentic meal somewhere else. I haven't between to a Chili's in probably ten years, but a few people told me about the meal deal they were running where you get a starter( soup, chips and salsa, salad) an entree, and a pop for like 10.99.You can upgrade entree or make the pop a margarita for a few bucks more, but we were craving burgers, had cleaned the house ahead of Thanksgiving, and spent all day prepping food, and Chili's turned out to be EXACTLY what we needed for the right price. The kids meals were 6 bucks or something and included a drink. For two adult meals, two kids meals, our total was like 39 bucks, add a tip and somehow our family of four ate a full service meal for $50. I would probably struggle to replicate this at McDonald's and after McDonald's I need a shower to wash away the shame and stink of the playplace dining area....So if you have a fam, don't feel like cooking, and don't want to take out a loan to afford a restaurant meal, try Chili's and you might be as pleasantly surprised as we were that thier food is actually good, plentiful, and really cheap.“
“The owners and bartender was amazing ,friendly and very welcoming. We had a couple appetizers they were fantastic! Our group of six got seats and was able to watch the Live Comedy Show it was definitely one of the best ones I’ve been to. It was a great show. Will be going back for sure.“
“Very nice family style restaurant right off the interstate. Large variety of food options, and they serve breakfast all day. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. We will definitely stop by here again the next time we pass through the area!“
“This little restaurant is very good, and in my opinion is just as good as the Rib Eye in Champaign, IL. The salad bar is so good, with all the salads as a big salad bar. But, you have to get there early to reap the benefits. Chicken, Chicken Livers, Fish and the Country Fried Steak is the best. Beats all the restaurants in Champaign!!!!“
“Went for lunch with my friend and it was overall an enjoyable experience. The food was fairly priced, especially for the large portion sizes that were given, and the staff was friendly and on top of it.The only downside I had (and this is just me being on the pickier end) was the chicken did taste a little lower in quality in the chef's salad I ordered.I would have liked to tasted breast meat but it was pre-packaged stuff and had a slightly off taste/texture.Overall I would, and will come back in the future!“
“We’ve eaten at wheelhouse many times. It is an excellent rest place for a long cycling ride!we have been for all three meals. The brunch was great. We got French toast. We also love the burger and cheese curds! They have changing seasonal plates which is great. We really appreciate the farm to table focus and the cozy dining room with bicycle themed art!“
“This is one of the best places to get pizza in Homer. Along with many other menu items, I believe this is such a welcoming places. This family ran establishment is always so kind to their customers and will go lengths to make sure you have a great experience. 10/10 recommend!“
