The fries, loaded mashed potatoes & Mexican street corn were really good. The wings that we originally went there for were awful. Some were overcooked in areas & inedible & other wings were super fatty with literal globs of fat. I have NEVER had so much fat in wings. What do they feed these chickens? I will not order from here again. Super disappointed. I like Chili's food in general, but if you are going to sell wings as part of the Just Wings branch, I would expect them to be really good.

Ordered wings last wings. First 32 were boneless instead of bone in. They were nice and remade the order for bone-in. Got home, opened container and all wings were mixed together. 4 different flavors mixed, sauces sloshing around together. Simple fix would be to add paper insert to separate the flavors.

Tried to order online (because that’s the only option you have) for pickup but their website was bugged so I tried to call to confirm my order however they don’t have an individual phone number so I had to call Chili’s since they’re located inside there. The Chili’s employee kinda had no clue on how to go about my order and stated they only do orders via delivery. Ok no problem. I went ahead and placed an order via DoorDash. My food arrived with no seal on the container that they’re supposed to be using for deliveries to ensure your food isn’t tampered with (HUGE no-no). Sealing orders is the standard among DoorDash, UberEats, Postmates and all the other delivery services. I paid for an extra side of mango habañero only to receive a tiny cup that was maybe 10-15% full (pictured). After all that the food was maybe 5/10 and was pretty much cold when I got it. I understand delivery means it’s not gonna be the freshest but it should at least be relatively warm upon arrival. I don’t see myself or anyone I know ordering food from here any time soon until they work on communication, organization, and following delivery protocols that are put in place.

Why am I just now learning this place exists?! Great wings & fries at a DEAL of a price!! I’d recommend to anyone having a wing craving. The meat is quality, the sauce is good, and the fries are perfectly cooked. Try it!!

Great tasting wings and good prices however I'm pretty annoyed the ranch cups are only filled 1/4 of the way up, especially when you're paying for extra ones. If it's fixed next time I order I would rate it 5 stars. The two times I've ordered it's been this way, I combined 3 cups together and it still wasn't full.
