I had not been to a Boston Market for quite awhile since those near me have closed down. My experience today makes me think they might all be closing. The place appeared desolate. The pop machine is closed and they only have a few soda bottles in a small fridge. My total was $14.42 and they did not have change for my twenty dollar bill. The side selections were less than I remember. The food and service was fine but I did worry about how long the food was out. Just seemed sad.

My sister and I ate here on 8/23/23. There was no meatloaf, ribs, turkey or pot pies. The only veggie was a spinach slurry. The menu board didn't work at all. The soft drink machine didn't work at all, except for ice. I purchased a dozen cornbread to go because I used to love them. By the time I got home they were a pile of stale crumbs. Every one of them! I do have to admit the chicken was delicious

No option for no starsOrdered a family meal online to be picked up at 530 today. The Labor Day special was 25 percent off that I was emailed.I arrived at 525 and the store was locked closed lights outI called the Munster location and they said oh yeah they are closed all weekend!!!!!!What why have online orders available for a closed store. Why send an offer for the weekend of store is not open!!No option to be able to refund order I ordered as guest online so don’t have an order saved on the app!I emailed the generic form online and who knows if I’ll ever get my 50 dollars back!!Not only that I came in with an online order a few weeks ago and when I picked it up they were out of half my order so i had to get a refund then!! That was an hour before closing so assumed they were just trying to go home but after today!! I’m not so sure!!!Do not order online from here!!

Save you money. I just purchased a meatloaf meal with mashed potatoes and gravy and mixed vegetables. I should’ve known something wasn’t right after my meal was put in a different container and they also didn’t have pre-packaged utensils. I got home and the gravy was mostly water and the meatloaf looked uncooked and had the consistency of pet food. I didn’t take one bite of that mess. You could get sick eating there. They used to be one of my go to spots for healthy eating. The place was clean but that was the only good thing about my experience.

So I came on the wrong day they didn't have any beverages there machine was down and they didn't even have bottle an employee was sleeping in one of the booths in the lobby snoring. the staff behind the counter where very slow and look unprofessional Regards to there uniform . Boston Market in Homewood need to just close! They Never have nothing. I just left there, they didn't have Corn, Spinach, they didn't want to sell us a Meatloaf for three because they didn't have any more Meatloaf and didn't want to prep any. They didn't have much chicken and No Pot pies. Every time we go, they don't have nothing.
I visited Boston Market at 17855 S Halsted St Homewood, IL, August 26, 2023. Ordered a half of chicken with two sides, mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. After paying for my order, the young man gave me a bag with the wrong order. I did not realize that he mixed the bags up, until I got home and opened the plate. This plate had chicken with a side of sweet potatoes and broccoli and I do not eat sweet potatoes or broccoli. Therefore, I tried several times calling the store number to complain and work out a plan to return the meal, but the phone kept going to a busy signal. I am frustrated and disappointed that I could not reach the store and get this problem resolved. Boston Market's food and customer service is really bad. No communication options.

My wife and I wanted to eat here, because previously we enjoyed a variety of sides with a meal. Two days ago we ate here, we should have gone elsewhere, but didn't. There were four sides available, cooked corn, mashed potato's, mac and cheese, and cut cooked broccoli. All meals were priced the same about $12.00 each, meat of choice with two small sides. We were told "can get 1/2 chicken, 1/4 chicken, or 3 pieces of chicken or meat loaf. My wife ordered 3 pieces of chicken, received only 2 pieces, I ordered meatloaf 2 slices. My wife got corn, which she said was really good. Previously could get choice of gravy or red sauce on meatloaf. It was provided with no sauce. I returned and gravy was added to it. I got broccoli, it didn't taste good, My wife and I have a joke about it now. We ask each other if you've had your BM today. Abbreviation for something else, but expresses our experience here. We were 1 of 3 other customers at lunch time. No crowd at all.The tables were clean, but I did notice cobwebs in the bottom of some of the chairs.

Before I arrived I contacted the store location right off Halsted in the Village of Homewood I was picking up food for my son my wife and I so I wanted a family feast which comes with a 1/4 dark or white rotisserie chicken and five sides and three pieces of cornbread so I got my order which didn't take no time to prepare when I got inside also I had my 1-year-old son with me surprisingly he was very quiet and attentive and very watchful of everything around him at that age LOL as I was holding him waiting for my food to be prepared the gentleman put another piece of chicken inside of my container which I really appreciate it normally I visit my father with my son or by myself let me tell you the food did not go to waste my son absolutely enjoyed the chicken he enjoyed the mashed potatoes and turkey gravy he loved the steamed vegetables and I got him an organic apple juice box juice to be honest with you I've always enjoyed Boston Market Boston Market is not a fast food restaurant and definitely has fresh food cooked on a daily I've had the Nashville chicken sandwich before and the chicken pot pie I'm a huge fan of their redskin potatoes also I have had many friends of mine had Boston Market cater their Thanksgiving if you haven't please make sure you stop to your closest Boston Market to see what the fuss is about or did I tell you that they have chicken nuggets these things are so flavorful and delicious hands down these nuggets are better than any McDonald's Burger King Wendy's in my opinion don't listen to me go check it out for yourself I hope you enjoyed this review
