I hate taking the time out of my day to leave reviews, however I’m so disappointed I made it my business to leave one today. This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve been to in Illinois. My chicken bowl was completely burnt. Every piece I chewed was hard & burnt. My rice was hard as hell. I’m very disappointed

This will be the last time I go to this Chipotle. Items are always missing from kids order. They we putting the minimum ingredients in the bowls, and staff tend to be unfriendly at this location.

If I could give a zero I would. This is the most horrible, God awful experience I've had at any chipotle. I ordered 2 bowls and 2 side tortillas, the girl first forgot my tortillas then didn't even wait for me to finish ordering my meat and veggies before she took the next person. Then both girls were mad when both me andy friend requested veggies on our bowls, because the first girl wouldn't even let us order that before moving on. I had to ask for my side tortillas 3 times. The workers were rude and annoyed throughout the entire process. I asked for a side of the salad dressing, the second line girl said "mhmm." And never gave me the dressing . I asked again at the register and the register girl said "we out." I was charged for two steak bowls when I ordered one chicken, one steak. The ghettoness and laziness of this store is something else. It's like this every time you come here. The one in Tinley is much better. I am a good service manager and would never treat nor condone my associates treating the guests in this manner. The manager of this location is not present and does not care.what a joke of an establishment.

The crew working on 3/24/2023 @ 3:08 at the Homewood location was really working good together as a team. So nice to see young folks all about business, doing a great job, and providing excellent customer service.
Customer service is horrible. I ask for certain things on my bowl and the girl/ young lady totally ignored me and I ask for a little more sides and the charged me for xtra when i asked for just a little and they charged me $25 dollars and i was not paying that much for a bowl.

Came here today at 2:00 pm . Stood in line no greeting no acknowledgement of customers in line . U have employees standing around and others working on mobile orders when there is a line . Then they are half giving meat . I tell the little boy that’s making my bowl shredded lettuce he tried to give me the big lettuce with spinach I specifically said shredded lettuce how incompetent can u be to not understand the difference . I ended up walking out and going to south holland which had way better customer service . I walk in they greeted me with welcome to chipotle . Understood the difference between the different lettuce and double checked to make sure it was the correct one I wanted . Gave a scoop and a half of meet and was just a way better experience overall . Every time I go to chipotle in homewood they customer service is horrible .
