I bought a root beer float from Culver’s and at the end of my float was so yellow creamy stuff now I’ve been buying root beer floats years ago it’s been a very long time since I had one unless they added something to it, I don’t know. . I called in and they couldn’t even explain to me what it was. I will never go back there again if I wasn’t on my way to work I would’ve took it back and got my money. I just wanted them to tell me what it was, how you don’t know. It’s something yellow where you made it at go look .

Went through the drive-thru after pulling ahead I saw the server bring my food to the car behind me and saw the person go through the bag and give it back to the sever. The server brought me the bag and tried giving it to me and I told him I wanted new food. He told me to " claim down bro. It's not that serious."Then a second sever gave me the wrong the order and I took it inside and gave it to the manager James and told him this wasn't my order. He took the order and told the server to take it to the right car.I also saw James take my order out the original bag and put in a new bag only replacing the fries. I told him I wanted a new order and he told me "You need to go wait in your car bro. It's only food. It's not that serious bro"

I drove off with a North Atlantic Cod a couple of months ago. I didn't check my food, when I got home the cod was just a piece of what it should have been. I called because the drive was too much to make a turnaround. The manager was a black male who told me that he couldn't replace the sandwich but he would mail me a coupon for a complimentary sundae. IT NEVER CAME, therefore, IT WAS NEVER SENT TO ME -- no integrity. I just left there to pick it up since I had planned on ordering anyway. Upon hearing what happened, the timid young man, who supposedly was the manager, said yes, asked me what kind I wanted, then asked how long it had been and changed his mind -- REALLY, how petty, unprofessional, and totally lacking good customer service. Needless to say I didn't order anything.

Culver's is a delicious and dependable place to go for a hot and juicy burger. The crinkle-cut fries are always perfectly salted, hot, crispy and tasty. I got the onion rings and they were so crispy and hot...Yum! This particular visit however, I got all the way to my destination and realized that they never gave me my drink. Also, the young man operating the drive-thru wasn't very friendly and gave me the impression that he really didn't want to be there. Not looking for white-tablecloth service but pleasant, even courteous service would have been nice. Overall, I usually can't go wrong going to Culver's.Parking: While it seems like most of their business takes place on the drive-thru, there is a decent-sized parking lot.

The food is always great at Culver's. Culver's doesn't always get the order right. You have to really check the bag.
