Yeah it's about time to turn this location into a Five Guys or something. I came here twice and the experience was the same.The restaurant was not clean. The ice cream machine wasn't on. They told me it will take 30min to get cold. It's 2pm, why isn't the ice cream on. Ice cream is one of Freddy main thing. 90% of the employees are on their phones.The burgers was ok. Wasn't worth the price.

Horrible service. I ordered online. Once I got through the drive through, I was informed I had to come in since it was their policy but it is not mentioned when you order. I had to wait in line then had to come inside. I was told it was to confirm the order but when I came in my order was not confirmed. Waste time and money

Mobile orders can only be picked up inside and not through drive thru. Waited 10 mins for my order to be placed in the pick up order area just to find out it was at the front counter sitting near the register the whole time because no one placed it where it should of been. Food was cold by time I was able to eat it, the order had cheese fries so you iykyk. Wanted to give this place a try due to pasting it all the time on the way home. Now, I’ll continue to just past it by.

My family came for dinner tonight. We’ve been here before and have always enjoyed the food. However, today’s customer service makes us not want to come back. The young lady taking orders had a very nasty attitude. Unfortunately, we didn’t get her name but I’m sure you already know who it is. Honestly, if it weren’t for the other young lady working and helping us the service would be a ZERO! We are very big on customer service and was disappointed with was provided on today.
