The manager was very rude. I was reaching for my chips for a combo meal that I paid for. He walked up to the register and asked very nasty did you place a combo order. Without checking with his staff. I noticed that he was rude to white elderly man. I will not come back to this location

Not freaky. Not fast. You can’t prioritize delivery and web orders over the people standing there waiting for their sandwiches. That’s poor customer service.

When we paid our order. The staff got the food ready. One woman touched her hair with the gloves on and then went to go cut the bread open. I’m sorry but you should be serving food with clean gloves on. I will not be eating at that location anymore. No thanks.

I order my sandwich online for curbside pick up, drove there after 20 minutes and waited ten more minutes while watching a young lady on her phone the whole time finally went in and realized it had been ready the whole time and she continued to sit on her phone.

Came into this Jimmy John's and placed my order. Order 3 sandwiches and specifically said what I wanted on them. It was a good thing I decided to watch my sandwiches being made. When I saw ingredients on them that I didn't order I was told I had to tell them what I don't want on them if the menu says that's what comes on them. I again specified that when I ordered the sandwiches I specifically said what I wanted on them. So I was told I had to wait for my sandwiches to get remade. A line has now formed. I asked why I had to wait when I've been here. The person who said he was the manager, Sean Lynch, according to the receipt, seemed like he was getting an attitude with me for inquiring why I needed to wait and why I kept asking about the order. Got refund will not return. For a deli sandwich shop that has under 4 stars should tell you something about this location.

If I could give this place Negative or 0 stars I would they don't even deserve the one star. I just had someone call me from the restaurant and tell me they're canceling my order because they close at 9o'clock. So I ask when will I receive my money back since it already came out of my account. He told me in 2 to 3 business days. I told him that I was working and that that food was for my kids who were at home and that is all the money that I had. He said I would have to wait 2 to 3 business days and I said I would have to wait 2 to 3 business days to feed my kids. He Said ok and then hung up the phone. I am beyond disappointed In this place and how people act these days. I don't even know how they continue to stay in business with an attitude like that.

Pulled up for curbside, no one came out, had my husband call in because I had kids in the car and really needed curbside. My husband was told "Its ready she can come inside and get it" Then after my husband hung up they brought the food out, but they didnt put the drink or the chips with it, so I had to get out with my kids anyway and deal with a nasty attitude inside. I dont think we will be back to this one, and ill make sure everyone we know, knows about how awful these employees attitudes are.

Extremely rude service. It used to be one big lady (Caucasian) she was just down rude that made her Ugly! Now the older black woman that makes the sandwiches took her place! Let’s start to boycott them!!! We can do better and push this JJ out of our areas with the employees too!JJ don’t reply advising me to tell the owner, all we know you are the Freaky Lazing owner!

They gave me undercooked bread. Couldn’t even eat the sandwich. Then the guy ringing me up freaked out cause he did something wrong on the register then acted like it was my fault .

by far the WORST Jimmy Johns around. It is NEVER Freaky Fast, more so slow that you'll freak. I have called after its been an hour that I have been waiting for delivery, only to be told OH YOU'RE LUCKY IT'S USUALLY LONGER THAN THAT! K, fine...its convenient and sometimes ya just want a sandwich. We order from them at least once a week. Every week it gets worse. The past 3 orders I have received pickles that are translucent, and rubbery and straight in the garbage they went. The only thing good is the delivery people, they are always so sweet.

A sandwich shop of people that can’t make sandwiches! My $10 sandwich had 2 thin sliced pieces of meat. Had to purchase extra meat to make the sandwich worth eating.
