came here today to order a #3 combo meal (double quarter pounder). first mess up was where they had the afternoon menu and put something completely different on the display which was a sausage muffin. from there I talked to the person at the first door and he fixed it for me. i drive up to the next window where i am given my food, later on to find out i was given a regular quarter pounder , and not a double. i was ripped off of my order and overcharged by about $1.25. food was good but not all that great. I most likely will not be returning to this location.

Do not know what fresh fish fillet is. I was served an old fish sandwich, that was sitting half the day. Then I ordered a strawberry shake the ice cream was too soft and added to much sweetener. The shake was too sweet and to thin. Will not eat there again nor recommend this location.

After I ordered, they kept asking me what I had at each window. The 6piece nugget was on the dollar menu but it wasn't a dollar. I ordered a coke (which I repeated at both windows) but when I took a sip...it was Dr. Pepper. Ridiculous.
On 9-7-24 at 415 I ordered a sweet tea with no ice, I was given a tea with full ice. I sent it back for the correct drink (I only ordered 2 drinks ,how you screw that up is ridiculous) the guy took my drink disappeared and came back 2 minutes later and gave me my drink.By 830 I was seeking medical attention.This stores low life employees are poisoning people when they have to correct their mistakes. I feel like I was punished for wanting a drink proper.Do not eat or order from this store.

First off this places deserves 0 stars I place a mobile order at 625pm leave my house get there at 631pm and inside is closed "due to maintenance" prolly cockroaches sit in dt for 20 min fried ice cold I give him all fries 4 orders and he forgets about me 15-20 it's 713pm and I'm just leaving frozen cokes melted orange hi c watered down from ice melting and all my kids burgers and nuggets are all ice cold cuz I had to sit and wait 20 min for fresh fries which should of taken 5 min. This is a joke of an establishment that I have to get out of my car after 17 min to ask where my hot fries are! Also they didn't give me not 1 straw! Strongly suggest not to visit this establishment they screw something up constantly No cup holder No strawsCold friesCold food (because they took 20 min to cook fries)Won't get another dollar from me I'll drive to oak lawn where they don't close their restaurant for roach/rat infestations! This place is so poorly trained and have 0 customer service
