Why is this Panera consistently out of plain bagels? At least five times I’ve tried to get plain bagels but they’re always out. I called and asked why they don’t make more and they said you have to order them early. Ok fine. Today I tried to place an order for a bagel pack before 7:30am. 8 plain bagels and other assorted. Surprise surprise. All out. Now the app says they’re completely out of bagel packs. Come on seriously? Panera you’re a bakery. Bake.

Terrible customer service. Needs new management asap. My order was ready but they kept the person in front of me waiting at window instead of having them pull up. I waited 11 minutes to get to window. Once I was at window they never came to the window they were talking and looking at their phones after 5 minutes I left because i could see my bag getting cold and sitting at window. Don't recommend this location.

The food was good. The restaurant was clean. The staff was very friendly, but I did have an issue. Even after explaining to the cashier multiple times that I wanted my soup in a to-go bowl, not a bread bowl, whenmy name was called, it was in a bread bowl??♀️. Kitchen staff said they were confused about how the ticket was written out & offered to change it but I told them don't worry about it
Their drive thru is always slow and this time I ordered a hot chocolate and it had stains on the cup and the lid. I was almost afraid to drink it, it looked like someone had been drinking it or spilled it and didn't clean the cup off. I will not be going back.

This was the first time at this location. What the heck is with the person behind the register, she was slow as a snell, between her and people that can't make up there mind. Someone ask her a question she walk away and doesn't come back. Me and the two people behind me walked out. That's crazy I'm the third person in line and fifteen minutes pass and no service. This was around 1:15 today Wednesday the 8th.

I ordered the turkey avocado sandwich with kettle potato chips on the side.This location is a good place to stop off the highway if you are traveling ( there’s not many rest area signs on the Illinois highway, you have to pick an exit and find a place to stop.)
