The White Castles in Home wood, is one of the greatest overnight teams I’ve ever seen. Sometimes they have two guys and one girl And the customer lines in the lobby be packed and they still get orders out fast and on time. You would think that they had a full staff on board I’ve seen other white castles who will remain nameless at this time lol. Have about 6 or 7 people on the staff and only moving about two maybe three orders at a time, and sometimes messing them up lol. But the overnight staff in Homewood gets the job done fast and on time with NO! problem. I’m headed there right now to pick up a DoorDash order.

Whether you spend Valentine's Day with your family, your partner, your friends or even by yourself. You cannot help but have a smile on your face the whole time you're there! You are welcomed by a hostess, you are given a too cute paper menu, a waitress takes your order ... It's a BLAST! I've been cooking here since they first started it! It's a family tradition! I would highly recommend coming out to Homewood, Illinois White Castle and share some good food and good cheer! It's sooooo nice to see everyone having such a great time. The staff worked their behind off!! Everyone was super friendly and right on time with their orders!

We had an absolutely fantastic time! We have been celebrating Valentines Day at White Castle for about 8 years! Our server was ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! She was incredibly kind! Our food order was perfect! Everything was delicious! The manager walked around to every table and greeted everyone. It was a beautiful Valentine's Day celebration meal! Definitely will be continuing this tradition!

I really enjoyed the Valentines Day experience. Especially the party favor treats that were given to my children. It really made them satisfied. Overall, I will come back as the food was very fresh.

It was a pleasant experience. They were busy with customers in the drive-through, but they were extremely courteous. It is hard to find employees who represent your establishment in a way that represents your brand well. But their attitude displayed kindness and gratitude. In most fast food restaurants, you can't ask for condiments, which are given out upon request, without getting a dirty look. This was a pleasant surprise.

The service at White castle's is great you can sit and have a great meal
It's fast food, tasty hot & very expensive . The price is outrageous $10 for two tiny double cheeseburgers a small fry and a watered down soft
